Manage loads for customer that needs pallet jack to unload and had too many pallets on truck to load properly. Contacted Rich and Kyle and they have been very helpful in unloading some product onto my customers small reefer trucks and reloading the remaining part of the load straight on so our next deliveries will go smoothly. I would like to applaud the service of Austin Warehouse and Distribution for 2 jobs(so far) WELL DONE! Rich was prompt, courteous, and hilarious! He returned calls immediately and arrived when he said he would! He took great care of a very sentimental piece of furniture built by my father, and his crew made my professional kitchen move and storage a "piece of cake".
