Setup at Celis Brewery is a major plus. Otherwise, thereâs the food: mediocre burger and fries. My 6-year-old summed it up best, âNot the best burger Iâve ever had, and not the worst.â I had the beef burger and fries, he had a kids burger and fries, and somehow this cost $40-something dollars. Service was slow and fries were cold. Tried the special fries and as a lover of Indian food, they were nothing to write home about. The owners running the food truck werenât minimally pleasant or warm, which couldâve marginally made up for a lackluster burger and cold fries.

The Lamb Seekh Burger is an absolute standout â hands down the best item on the menu. The patty is perfectly crunchy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside. Paired with their signature sauce, which has a unique tangy-spicy kick, it makes for a memorable bite.
