His 1:1 training is perfectly tailored, his group classes (according to my friends) are challenging in the best of ways, and Chris is just a wonderful human who truly pays attention and cares.
I have always dealt with chronic pain and muscle imbalances my entire life. There were points in my life where I needed Advil to sleep. Working out with Chris has been life changing. My joints are more stable, my muscles are more balanced, and my functional range of motion has probably doubled. I can touch my toes for the first time!

Prior to working with Chris, I would often injure myself in the gym and not have any clear directions on what weights to lift. Since working with Chris, his clear and precise instruction has ensured that I do not injure myself in the gym and beyond. Chris has personally helped me increase my core strength and beyond in my personal goal of building my core strength and getting rid of excess fat (especially visceral). While I'm still pursuing this goal, I am miles closer than I was when I first started with him. Chris works with you based on your fitness preferences and body capabilities. If there is stretching or heavier weights involved, he is careful to ensure that the increased increments work with my body. When I come away from working out with Chris, I feel sore but good, and am able to recover relatively quickly.
Chris has also helped me understand the full picture of health and fitness, pointing me towards resources that help me understand my body composition, macro numbers, and understanding the upper and lower limits of what my body can take. I have been watching my macros carefully with his guidance, and with his help, I feel like my goal is more achievable.
