My girlfriend & I were excited to try out this birria spot. The service was fine, fairly quick. Call me crazy but I thought flautas are crunchy but to my disappointment, they were soft, soggy, and fell apart. They advertise the flautas with onion, cilantro, homemade salsa & sour cream but received none of those items. My girlfriend ordered the quesabirria tacos and they also were falling apart due to the tortilla not being that warmed up. The meat and cheese portions were perfect but the taste wasn't anything to remember, not bad nor really good. The consomé was plain and lacked flavor, it did not add to the taste of the birria. The agua frescas were the star of the show as they had good taste and were not that sweet nor lacking the flavor they advertise. Overall other birria taco spots are worth it, but this one not so much if you're looking for...

Omggg! My daughter has been trying to get me to taste this birria pizza. ...lord how mercy I wasn't disappointed, only problem for me I live in Manor TX and this spot is a good 35 min without traffic maybe that's a good thing for my waist line...if I had 1 wish and wishes came true...🙏please make Manor TX your next location...yum yum! Now for the price, I totally think it's worth it. I hope they don't raise the price, though the atmosphere could be lit up just a bit but nice and clean truck area. Last thing...I hate i got full-on one slice, but I was ready for another one 5 hours later...yummy, keep up the flavor. Tejas should be on...
