Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Austin

1 star is being kind. Horrible experience. Ordered online for pickup. When I get there I go inside (only one other customer there besides me), I was asked what I was picking up, I said my name and was handed a bag and a drink, I don't see any writing on the bag. When I get back to work, I see Justin written on the other side of the bag. Nothing that I ordered was in this incorrect order. I don't have time to go back as I've already wasted most of my lunch picking it up. It contains a soggy sandwich, soggy rice and meat that also tastes gross, apple pie (also gross and uneccessarily covered in sugar on the outside), and a Dr. Pepper. I had ordered a chicken strip meal with a biscuit, green beans, and a coke. I call 10 times and they don't ever pick up. I will never go back to this Popeye's. The one on the other side of I-35 is only about a minute further from work and it's the one I have gone to countless times without issue. Avoid this one. That employee obviously doesn't listen or care about giving out the correct order. And the fact they don't answer is lame considering they have bad...

No complaints about the food here...delicious, but I won't go to this location again. When taking my order I spoke very clear and concise, yet the guy kept interrupting me as he was talking to co workers, having me repeat over and over.... so frustrating. Then once at the window, same guy started handing me my drinks forceably into my car while looking the opposite direction. One of the kids wasn't on correctly and it started to pop off and soda started to drip into my lap, yet because he wasn't paying attention he continued to force it through my window along with the other drink. I had to say quite loud WAIT!!! The lid isn't on right. Oh yeah, no straws were given too. Then they had me pull up to wait on fries. The entire line behind me was cleared out by the time our food came out. When the lady brought out our food I asked if there were straws in the bag because they weren't given at the window. She sighed, and said ok she'll be back. As I dig through the bag....well well well...no napkins too?!?!? My 12 year old son was so irritated he just went in and got the napkins and...

This place was great. The Riverside location was closer to our wedding venue but we didn't get an answer - The phone rang and rang even after calling 3 times at different times.

When we called Montopolis, the staff answered promptly and got Tony the manager right away. He took our order for 300 pieces and 100 biscuits. We had confidence after speaking with him on the phone.

Day of the pickup everything was ready when I called ahead. The guests said that the chicken was so good, this made us so happy cause so many other things can go wrong.

We had fried chicken and champagne! We put out hot sauce and honey out and the guests loved it! I wasn't sure how all this would be but it was elegant and the chicken was the perfect choice!
