Regios Tacos a Vapor — Restaurant in Austin

Okay so I order 2 barbacoa tacos to go. When I open them one of the tacos is 100% a chunk of fat. No meat at all on it. I go all the way back to ask for another taco and they said no? Like they can't make me a 3.50$ taco that I paid for with good money? A giant hunk of rubbery fat is not food. And too rudely refuse to remake a simple taco when I asked so nicely. and too rush me away when they should be embarrassed for serving this. It's completely inedible slime.. the other taco was fine I guess but the service is not...

we ordered some tacos al vapor/tacos de canasta because reviews said they were “bomb” however, as someone whos family is from Mexico City and we have made some before, these were not good at all.

maybe because they werent fresh since its Monday? Regardless, these look they were cooked on the stove top rather than al vapor. Cabbage mix looks a few days old as well. Price is ok but overall not the “authentic” flavor/food plate we had...

I’m from Monterrey, and the tacos are 10/10 but the service??? It’s a whole other story. The lady at the window she kept giving me ugly looks, super rude, snatched the recipe and pen out of my hands. And slammed the window on me, all cuz i ordered 10 tacos… ma'am, if you dont like your job, then its time to find something else. idk but im never coming back in here. The service was HORRIBLE, and sadly it isnt...
