I only go here because it’s right around the corner from my apartment. I usually don’t have any issues but today the customer service was horrible. We usually will go through the driver thru on the way to take my BF to work, so we did. We were sitting there for over 10 minutes, there was also already a girl sitting there in front of us waiting. No one had come to window at all the whole time. Now my boyfriend is going to be late to work so we thought we’d just pull around and I’ll run inside really quick. I got inside and a said we had been in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting and wanted to know what what’s going on, the employee, a young man, then said “Um I don’t care, and I’m not working the drive thru.” As is they were even busy inside, the woman and her daughter that were inside were just behind me in the drive thru as well. I said “that’s okay” and walked out because I’m not going to argue with someone who’s not happy with their job. I came out and told my boyfriend, we pulled off, but my boyfriend wanted me to go back. He then went inside to ask them who had said what they said to me, they proceeded to say I lied about what he said. The manager on duty, another young man, then said he heard him say “he’s not sure what is going on”, that wasn’t what was said at all, I don’t have a reason to lie unlike the people who’s job could be on the line at this point. My boyfriend wanted their corporate number and their names, they weren’t wanting to give their names so he came to the car and got his phone to record a video of all of their faces. Read moreAt a time that was not busy at all these three were disrespectful and let it be known that they don’t care about their work… made the company look terrible. With only 2 cars in the drive through and nobody inside we sat on the drive through for 10-15 minutes. A car pull up behind us and couldn’t even order because nobody assisted. We backed out of the drive through and my gf went in to see what was taking so long to where the employee replied “I Don’t Really Care, I’m not in the drive through”. Angered that they spoke to her that way I went in and asked for a manager. Manager tried to cover how they responded/treated her. I asked for corporates number and they all just laughed and refused to give it to me. All of a sudden they “had to make orders” but with nobody there… was around 3:20 pm is the company wants to check how busy they were. Manager tried to offer smoothies and bowls but they had already been rude to the point I wanted corporates number and their names. Since they didn’t want to give the corporates info, here are some pictures of them. Manager dropped a whole sleeve of lids trying to avoid me, and just hid in the back! Read moreI love SK smoothie bowls, but this location lets me down all the time. They have no working phone in the event a Door Dash order is wrong, and if I go to the location it’s run by teens who aren’t friendly. They can never hear through the drive through because of the highway, and when I tried to go through the drive through today, no one answered at all after the automated greeter came through the speaker, so I had to park and walk inside.
When it did it was 45 minutes before close, to be told they closed their bowl station so no smoothie bowls were available.
When I go other times and ask for a modification it never happens correctly. Every time I go in they are sitting on their phones and have to finish their texting before they help me. I know having a job as a kid sucks but you’ve got to at least try a little. Just not going to come to this location anymore and drive to the one on Whitestone which is far out of my way.
