The Snow Pea Asian Bistro is an attractive modern eatery with an ingenious and calm atmosphere. The menu is quite broad; Sushi, Chinese + Asian Fusion. Nicole Ahn, Assistant Manager (in training) extended a Happy Hour invite to my husband + I as a gift to celebrate our recent nuptials. Equally special, it was our first COVID 19 outing/date night. We are not regular sake drinkers; Nicole recommended a hot sake and Squid Tempura appetizer to kick-off our Happy Hour. The first words after our first sip and bite: Amazing. Exceptional. Outstanding. The next dish was a Sushi/Non-Sushi Chef inspired platter - the visual of this platter was amazing - I didn't want to touch it. The Sushi was very fresh, the elements of the Sushi combinations were unique, truly delicious and very rich. A shout out to our server, Tu for his "chill" manner; inviting us to just sit back, relax and enjoy. We had a wonderful evening at Snow Pea; it was evident they are very passionate about making sure each of their guests enjoys superior foods and a great dining experience. We will certainly be back.

My mom and I found this place by accident. Is tucked away in shared parking lot where HEB and Alamo are. Thankfully was still open when we arrived. We're seated quickly. Gorgeous ambiance and music was super chill and relaxing adding to the calming environment overall. Customer service was superb. Our waiter helped us make decisions on the menu and my mom and I were served in minutes. Our waiter was Brian S. Meals for the value exceeded our expectations and our waiter went above and beyond to leave us with a laugh, smile, and phenomenal late dinner that hit the spot! :) The pepper steak was my choice and hit all the right balance of flavors, serving size for the money, high quality ingredients, and my mom had the garlic beef which was also exceedingly delicious. Highly recommend this family friendly location Sushi bar was closed when we arrived and closes 30 mins before close and closed on Mondays. Thankfully open late on a Sunday night which helped to work around my hectic work schedule

The menu offers a variety of dishes, vegan or not, and all are well presented and descriptive in the menu. While some dishes stand out more than others, the overall quality is high, and there’s something to satisfy someone. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was great yet a little filling. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit is smooth and enjoyable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of, adding a personal touch that enhances the overall experience. They even gave us fortune cookies a dessert I guess, it was great! The atmosphere at Snow Pea is equally impressive, with a cozy and inviting ambiance that makes it a perfect spot for a meal with family. It's a fantastic place to dine, offering excellent service and atmosphere. The food is delicious and reliable, making it a great choice for a meal. Highly recommended!

The first time I went to this place with my daughter. We were attended by a senior lady, who showed us to our place and gave us the menu. Since it was a busy hour, probably all the servers were busy, so she proceeded to take our order herself. Once the order was placed, she chose to completely ignore us. There was another couple sitting on a table next to ours. She was continuously chatting to them in her own language. The food arrived fine, but I had to literally catch her eye every time I wanted some sauce or a refill of water. I had to even ask for the check 'cos there was no sign of anyone clearing the plates long after we were done. It was so bad that another server, who wasn't even taking care of us, decided to clear the table, bring back the check and asked if we needed anything. I had made up my mind to never ever return to the place :-(

As luck would have it, my daughter just loved their 'Sesame chicken', so we again landed there. My husband and I, we decided to just let our daughter eat and we planned to dine elsewhere. But this time around we were greeted by a smiling person who immediately set the mood right. He was very helpful and cheerful, what you come to expect from people. We have been to this place multiple times and we've always had a good experience.

The daughter loves their Sesame chicken. They are definitely great value for the price. I like their sushi combo. They also have interesting offers going on all the time that allows you to sample a lot of their menu items.

So, well, I would definitely recommend it for both...

This is a review to give a warning to anyone who wants to order from this establishment. I called at 8 pm to find out what time they close, I was told 9:30pm but they take the last order at 9:10 - 9:15. I asked because me and my family were getting in late and we still needed dinner. I called at 9:02 pm to place my order and was greeted on the phone with there standard greeting. I started to place my order and was told sushi bar was closed and she suggested the shrimp appetizer. I went to place my husband’s order and asked her to hold one second while confirm his order and she hung up. I called back at 9:05 pm and was greeted with just a “hello” as if I called someone’s house and not a business. I ask if this was Snow Pea she said yes I said well I was placing my order and you hung up she said “ we are close” Informed her I had called to see what time they closed and the lady said I could place an order until 9:15 PM so can I please continue to place my order. So I gave her the rest of my order and I was like man I never been treated like this by you guys before and I was wondering what was going on. Turns out she did not like this and I was not able to put an order in and she just hung up on me again and then they refuse to answer the phone. Ma’am I am trying to spend money at your establishment but I guess you don’t need it so I...

Their their food and service were both excellent. I love the modern décor, particularly the unique hanging lighting fixtures, wall sconces and the gorgeous Asian inspired front door. Prices seemed very reasonable, with entrees (generously sized) between $11 - $13, and the appetizers $4 - $7.

The Salmon and Tuna Sashimi was a clever presentation; everything was shaped as a flower, except for the wasabi that was shaped as a pepper. The salmon was excellent quality, a bright orange color and it tasted very fresh. The tuna sashimi was also very fresh tasting. The Shrimp Rolls was one of my favorite things! It was delicious. The pork dumplings, although handmade, lacked seasoning. The Tofu Salad was very tasty; the tofu comes in slender strips and is perfectly cooked. This salad was very fresh tasting with a nice bit of spiciness. The Moo Shu Chicken dish uses high quality white meat chicken, and was served table side. The Firecracker Shrimp was good quality meat also and I loved the spicy and tangy preparation. Overall the food here was very tasty! I will definitely be back to try more things and I'm looking forward to sampling more items from...
