I had my sons 5th Birthday party here this past Sunday. In hindsight the children had a wonderful playing. But as the parent who paid a grand total of 300 dollars on this place i was highly disappointed. I would suggest NOT having your child's party here. Online it gives the impression you have a party room but that is not the case it is out in the open and on the floor. Didn't totally know that so that threw me off. And then to top it there was another birthday party less then 3 ft from us going on at the exact same time. If I knew that I would have canceled and gone somewhere else. The other party was doing everything at the same time, we had to wait for them to finish singing Happy Birthday because the facility scheduled everything for your party and had both party's doing cake at the same time. They tried to rush us and force us to stick to their schedule, didnt really like that I couldn't decide when i would be able to get the soda I had to pay extra for so thats not good. Also it was dominos pizza, youre paying 200+ for the 10 kid party package and they gave us 20$ pizza i would have gotten for cheaper if I just bought it my self...so thats not good. When it came towards the end of the party time, me and my friends and family began to lightly clean while the kids played for the final 30 minutes and our party person came over and honestly rushed us out. Moving us out the way, rush wiping everything down, moving my personal belongs, he even picked up our cake and pizza boxes and moved them to the front entrance of the store while we were on the back wall. I went to go collect them and bring them closer and he tried to tell me he needs it moved because he already sanitized the tables, to which I told him he could resanitize after we left. Mind you the other party was not receiving this treatment from their party person. My party ended at 2:30 but they had us collect our things and cleaned the area by 2:15. That was really not good. I ordered a fruit tray and wanted to take it home seeing as I paid for it and they tried to charge me for boxes, we had to get cups and fill the fruit in them instead, like none of that was good. Finally they kept pushing the review paper at us when we were trying to say good bye to our friends and family and get our things to at this point leave early.
Key points**Over all I highly recommend you go anywhere else for your child's birthday party. They cost far to much, they are way too money hungry and charge additionalfor everything, I honestly I feel like I was forced to share my party with strangers unknowingly, and the staff was rude and rushed us out. I didnt even ask for a refund or anything despite leaving early and being so very upset because people like this, who are this money hungry they dont care about anything but themselves and their pockets they simply do not care that it is your child's special day. Don't go here...
Read moreEdited 3/5/22 to add that we recently took our son back to Inflatable Wonderland and had a much better experience. My son had a blast and the employees were responsive, attentive, and welcoming. Please maintain this positive customer experience. Thanks!
Would have given this place a 5 any other time as we’ve always had good experiences here, but the staff treatment this afternoon was unacceptable. We’ve taken our autistic son here many times. Today, I check their website which indicated they close at 7pm and to call as hours may change. Admittedly, I didn’t call. I get that. That’s on me. But when I walk up with my son and see other kids playing in there, I reasonably assume that they’re open (because they are, in fact, open). I walk up to pay with my son, and instead of telling me they’re closed, the staff member points to a small white letter-sized sheet of paper that says something along the lines of “we’re no longer accepting customers,” to which I respond….there are literally customers sitting there and kids running around. I’d happily pay for my son to run around with those other kids and enjoy the place even if for 10-20 minutes. No big deal to me. Apparently a very big deal to them. Staff member never even told me “we’re closed” so I’m still thinking they’re open for another 50 minutes. Nothing was adding up for me. He just said “we can’t let him in” without ANY explanation other than pointing to the little sign and looking frustrated that I dare question the sign. It’s just so disappointing to have a negative customer service experience like that as repeat customers. Recommendations: 1. keep consistent hours instead of variable hours subject to change at anytime (I was told to call to find out, but what if I call before they decide to close early?); 2. Honor hours posted on your site, or take them off entirely as they aren’t reliable anyway; 3. Treat customers with some decency and compassion. Being turned away like that is difficult for my son (especially being on the spectrum) to process and really affected him as we were planning on this all day. There are ways to handle situations like that while maintaining a positive customer experience. Now I’m just completely over this place due to the customer service which is extremely disappointing given that it was one of the few places we felt safe bringing our son and we were planning to have his...
Read moreThey have decided to cancel my 7yo daughter's birthday party reservation after I raised concerns about the cleanliness of the play area. I read another review here from a Jesse that mentioned mold and socks (which they replied to saying they were willing to take the next step, which apparently is cancelling anyone who noticed the problem) - I wonder if it's still the same sock I saw days later when we came to visit. I only requested that they clean up the area underneath the main playground with the thick pile of dust (and sock) if possible to avoid allergy triggers but instead, got cancelled to "avoid disappointment for me and my guests", saying one bad review can hurt the business. I was told that the area gets cleaned every Monday, but it was Tuesday when we visited and it didn't look like it got vacuumed. It probably would have been a fun birthday party because they have lots of bounce houses, a playground, arcades (some working, some not), and proximity to the indoor train that will surely entertain the kids. Now I'll never know what their actual birthday party will be like. I'm not trying to just give a bad review, I only wanted them to clean up - was that too much to ask for this kind of business? EDIT: Their response here is not accurate, but you be the judge. UPDATE: Just visited recently on a Friday, the place is clean and the arcades are all working. This place still has a lot of potential. Maybe I just got...
