The people who work here are miserable. Im not sure who Ryan thinks he is and for him being a manager his language is very nasty and his demeanor is atrocious. Coming from someone who is apart of the LGBTQ community as he clearly is he is rude and nasty and does not deserve to be in customer service. Absolutely absurd. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks. I went in there because they gave me a drink full of ice. Ryan had an attitude about having to remake my drink told me “well it didn’t say light ice so” regardless yall should not be making drinks that way. And why have an attitude with me it’s simple do your job don’t argue with customers. When I asked what his name was he was like “ryan yep you can write that down” I said as I was walking out “wow you have the worst attitude to be working in customer service” and he laughed as if he thinks he can speak to people like that. Ryan really thinks he is untouchable. Someone needs to give him a reality check. I was nothing but nice. I was not a Karen I was not rude or had no attitude til he had one with me. And then bee she was talking shit about other customers saying she was traumatized by so and so. And when I called to ask to speak to a manager she answered tried saying they were making fun of a coworker ya sure you were. Not sure why y'all had to have attitudes in the first place but truly...
Read moreThis is one of the smaller Starbucks in town, and you might easily overlook it as you're driving down the southbound 183 service road. I'd been to this one several years ago, and I finally stopped in again after a failed trip to the nearby Chrysler dealership to get a free catalytic converter replacement (thank you, Clean Air Act!). I ordered a salted caramel mocha frappuccino. The counter girl was super sweet, and she pleasantly told me she'd be working the next day (Thanksgiving). I felt badly for her, that Starfu**s would make their employees work on a national holiday, but she said she's getting time-and-a-half, and she seemed congenial about it. The dude making my drink was also sweet. The drink itself was a tad too salty in parts for my taste, but I definitely liked what I had. Amazingly, there's NOT a Starbucks very close to my house. It's either this one, or the one inside the Randall's at Braker/183, and it just depends on which way I feel like going, or what other errands I have to run, as to which one I go to. But, this one is winning, purely...
Read moreI order Starbucks several times a week, my drinks are usually the same. I was in the area so I tried this Lakeline location. White chocolate mocha coconut milk two extra pumps of mocha and no whip
I needed this coffee today and they literally gave me steamed coconut milk with maybe a dash of chocolate Honestly it tasted like they started my drink and then forgot what they put in and just filled it up with milk No coffee or chocolate taste at all-which is the whole point of a mocha I don’t think I should have to pay $7-9 for a steamed milk that I won’t drink
I have been debating making my coffee at home and saving money. This morning I did not have time so I ordered from a new location and I am highly disappointed. One of the things I love most about Starbucks USUALLY is the consistency No matter which one you go to, the drinks come out the same-usually.
This was the deciding factor for me. This location just convinced me-after several failed attempts (from different Starbucks) that I should make my coffee at home from now on....
