I ordered online for pickup in these uncertain times. My order was prepared perfectly and was ready when promised. I am not far away, so I opted to pick up food instead of taking a delivery spot away from someone who needed it. I love my Mooyah. The store manager is always trying to make things right, runs the operation as smoothly as possible and still has a smile on his face. I visit there often. In my opinion, this store is the best fast food place around for me.
**New update: As always, Mooyah does not disappoint. I am now able to dine in which is my preferred way. I don't like takeout. I want it fresh and hot! My recent visit was no exception! Husband joined me this time. He had a hot dog and I had my usual burger. Fries are amazing! Thanks again Mooyah for being there for us.
Update: May 2021. Always a great experience
UPDATE: APRIL 27, 2022:
I want to start this review by saying, before April 26, 2022, I have never had a bad experience at Mooyah, and I am a regular customer. This visit was not the best. The order service was okay, reasonably friendly and he got my order right. When I went to get my drink, I notices the floor had pieces of food strewn about. After I picked up my food, the same junk was still on the floor. When I left the restaurant, the same junk plus more was still on the floor. Large enough pieces I had to step around it.
The floor was dirty, everywhere. The tables were dirty. I sat at a booth and used a hand wipe to clean it. There is usually a manager around, but I saw no one in charge. There was a very large water spill (larger than one of their metal food trays) by one soda fountain. I told the man behind the cooking/delivery counter about it and he said, "okay." I hung around for several minutes and nobody ever cleaned that up. A nasty hazard (coming from a retired insurance adjuster). The music was so loud, we could barely hear our names being called.
I normally LOVE their fries. They are usually cooked as they are ordered. This time, it seems, they were either waiting somewhere unknown, dropped in grease before the grease was hot, or not cooked long enough. They were cool, soggy and not crisp at all. They do not have a warming light where fries are cooked and waiting, so it's anybody's guess where mine were sitting. I looked around at other food items on the tables and all the fries looked a little sickly.
My burger was good, as usual. I love the fresh potato buns, fresh veggies and condiments. For a fast food place, this one is usually one of my very favorites.
Please Mooyah. Get it back together or your business is...
Read moreMOOYAH has delicious burgers and their sweet potato fries knock your socks off, y'all!!! They offer a variety of burgers from the classic quarter pound to the most complex ones. There're plenty options for vegetarians, paleo, and newly introduced vegan burgers! You can't go wrong with the classic quarter pounder of course. You can build for you own burger and customize everything to your own preferences. I recently tried the Green Quesonario which was super good. The patty is flat but it isn't as thin as paper, very well seasoned. Their potato buns have a hint of sweetness. It comes with lettuce, tomato, jalapeño, fried onion strings, and GREEN CHILI QUESO on the side! One of many things I love about MOOYAH is that you can add grilled onion, fried onion strings, sautéed mushrooms, and a few more toppings at no cost!
The sweet potato fries...oh my!!! Sweet, crispy, and amazing!!! Many places tend to cut their sweet potato fries too thin or too thick. Here is just perfect! Personal portion is huge and more than enough for one person.
The regular French fries are hand-cut and fried to perfection. However, I can't pass on the sweet potato fries when I'm here.
Service: Robert is the most AMAZING person! He greets every single customer and makes great recommendations. When no one is in line to order, he checks on every single table to make sure everyone is doing ok and if we need anything. He brought us a small tray of homemade potato chips and ranch on the side for us to try. The potato chips are delicious and can be very addicting. Robert came to clear our tables periodically to make sure we had a nice and clean spot to hang out. Robert creates an experience for us like we are at a fancy restaurant, not a burger joint. We had such a great time enjoying great food and beyond excellent customer service by Robert.
MOOYAH also has their loyalty app where we earn points from our purchases, refer friends for bonus points, and get discounts or free food.
Definitely give MOOYAH a try if you're looking for a nice casual burger spot. Come to this Lakeline location and see Robert for an...

Oh, where do I even begin with this culinary escapade? It was a dark and stormy night (okay, maybe not stormy, but definitely dark) when I embarked on a gastronomic journey that promised to satisfy my burger-loving soul and quench my milkshake thirst. Little did I know, I was about to experience a plot twist worthy of a Hollywood thriller.
As the delivery driver arrived, my excitement soared. The burger, nestled in its little box, looked as delicious as advertised. I was ready to dive into a patty paradise. But, alas, there was one minor hiccup. The milkshake, my dear friends, had apparently decided to play hide and seek!
I scoured the bag, questioned my own sanity, and even checked under the burger's bun (just in case it was pulling off a "burger mask" trick), but alas, the milkshake was nowhere to be found. Perhaps it had dreams of becoming a ninja and stealthily escaped from its destiny as a dessert. Who can blame it for wanting to pursue a life of adventure?
Now, let me tell you, my taste buds were in for a rollercoaster ride. The burger was fantastic, a savory symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. But, without its sweet and creamy partner, the milkshake, it was like a comedy show without the punchlines. I laughed (at my misfortune) and cried (because I really wanted that milkshake).
So, here's the punchline: I'm left with an unsolved milkshake mystery that Sherlock Holmes himself would struggle to crack. My friends, if you ever order from this place, be sure to count your milkshakes before they mysteriously disappear into the night. In the end, my taste buds sang one final lament for the missing milkshake, and I was left with a lesson in burger and milkshake drama that I'll remember for a long time. Bon appétit, and may your milkshakes never pull a disappearing...
