I had picked up my engagement ring from being resized and noticed the next morning a diamond was missing. I had taken a photo of my ring less than two hours after picking it up and noticed the diamond was also missing in the picture. (It could have fallen out during that short time I realize, but part of me suspects it was missing when I picked it up.) I brought the ring back and told them I also noticed the center stone was loose. I could feel it wiggle and you can hear it jingle when you tapped it. I waited two and a half weeks. When I went to pick up my ring the diamond was STILL missing. The manager picked up my ring that same day and brought it to the jewelers and I had it back the next day. In my excitement to have my ring back, I forgot to check if the center stone was tightened. I remembered a couple days later and... STILL loose. This means the jeweler had it in their possession for two and a half weeks and did absolutely NOTHING with my ring. This also means when they received it back at the store they didn't look it over or check it like they claimed they did. I brought my ring to a different Kay after I confirmed they didn't use the same jeweler as this location. (I think all Kay's use the jewelers in Zales but I could be wrong.) The people at this location are friendly. But there are some quality control measures that are seriously lacking at both the jewelers...
Read moreHorrible service! The first time we walked up to the store the sales person was helping someone and no other associates were around. We waited, but were never recognized. A simple "we will be with you in moment" would have been nice. We left and finished the rest of our shopping. We came back and there were at least three sales people. My husband asked for help. The young female associate came over, I pointed to the charm I wanted. She grabbed one and said nothing else. She then walked way with no further conversation. So, I followed. When the total came up it was $60 over the price! I looked she had gotten the wrong charm. Her only statement was "Oh" no apolog! Then she went over and got the right charm which she handed to a guy working behind the counter. He came over and tried to hand me the charm I asked if he could please put the charm on the bracelet for me, he said nothing and started struggling with the charms. Read moreI have been waiting days for items to be shipped to me. I was supposed to be called when the items made it to the store but had to call three separate times and was told 3 different things. Management here is a joke. I had to talk to three different people and still haven't received anything. I was told someone called me when something happened with my order this Tuesday and they lied. I was promised it to be handled tomorrow but have lost faith in this store. I am hoping that someone from corporate is seeing these reviews because they are very unprofessional. I was told sorry many times but that doesn't fix over a weeks worth of waiting with no updates on anything unless I called.
