This Starbucks location is pretty much like every other these days. Food is fair to a little more than middle of the road there is very little seating ... not enough to reliably expect meeting up with someone to share a coffee with their standard in-house Pile roast is very bitter and acidic. The only way the average person can drink it is because it's covered up in a latte or other types of drinks hot or cold. Their Blonde roast is never available. They know what they're doing here .. it's about $money and $margins from supply and roasting costs of cheaper beans to reducing labor costs of the baristas all covered up with the sugar so you won't notice and don't care anyway. everything is expensive - much more than a person can afford with any regularity. I understand that with higher costs comes higher prices but at least they should try to give their customers a decent value for what they're spending. ie, quality and quantity vs the price. In conclusion, they know exactly what they're doing. (Pls note the numerous locations they are now closing) It's only a question of your pocketbook, convenience, and your addiction to sugar and the Starbucks brand. Find a quality alternative coffee shop that better meets your needs and the value we all seek and...

If you havenât signed up for online ordering, donât. Their whole website is a scam. I came to this location after finding out from another location, when I bought my coffee, that they sell little protein boxes. I wanted to buy one for my wife but I was running errands at the time. I stopped by the Southpark Meadows location to pick one up on my way home. The sign said âmobile ordering onlyâ. No big deal, Iâll place an order. Nope! Have to create an account online. Fine. I setup my profile and placed my order. Can I pay with my credit card? Not without putting in ALL my information. Fine. Can I pay now? Nope! You have to reload funds, default is $25. Just so you know, $10 IS an option itâs just hidden from plain sight. Fine, order is sent and should be ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes goes by and I ask about my order. It was sitting on the counter. It was only a couple and myself in the shop. The couple left about 5 minutes before I went up and no one thought to ask what I was waiting on or anything. I just got stared at by one barista as she hid in the back. Iâd love to say Iâll never be back but I have $4 in Starbucks cash that I canât use...
Read moreThis is the most poorly run Starbucks I have ever been to. Upon arrival we headed to the restroom to find itâs locked and requires a SIX digit code to enter. The code was not easy to remember and very difficult for those who have number disabilities such as myself to get the numbers correctly to use it⌠not to mention another mother also having issues with trying to memorize all the numbers as well. After using the rest room we waited for a while not being acknowledged while the girls just chitchatted. There were four workers and no one else in line and only one person waiting for a single drink. After finally taking our order it was almost 10 minutes before they finished the two drinks. I was incredibly shocked at how long it took with how many workers, but it seemed there wasnât any âteamâ aspect going on. Essentially everyone was on their own. Being a frequent Starbucks customer/having also worked for Starbucks itâs clear this establishment is not run at all like a Starbucks. The drinks were made incorrectly and none of the outlets worked for charging as well. Over all, this Starbucks seriously needs some new management that will run this place more efficiently and up to...
