Giving one star because no stars was not an option. I just left this Target(11/23/16 @1:30pm) and I've never had such a horrible experience. I bought an item that had a tag for 14.99 but rang up for $24.99 at the register. I let the cashier (Isabel) know and she hollered over at whoever was working guest services/front supervisor and told her. Then this "supervisor" looks at the item and said "nope that's not $14.99 because it's not ringing up $14.99..." um ok so she knows how much each thing cost in the store? Then she proceeded to say "it must have been in the wrong spot" so I told her "well the description that it was under matches it perfectly so can you send someone to check?" then she told me if I wanted to go and show her.. I said sure so here I go with my two kids all the way to the back and show her.. Same description and tag says $14.99 so she's like "well no.. It must not be this one..it must be another one" ARE YOU SERIOUS? so the description on your label matches the product I'M SHOWING YOU WHERE I GOT IT FROM and your still going to say no? So why waste my time and bring me over here to show you? So I ask "so you won't honor this?" she says no (very rudely) and walked off... Wow and she works in guest services? So I call the store to speak to a manager and the operator says they have two : Chris or Mary Beth? I said whoever is fine. Then I wait FOREVER until it rings back to the operator and she gives me the greeting again... Omg by this time I'm just done. She puts me back on hold and still no answer. Out of two managers no one was available! So then maybe they will see this review... It's ironic because I heard them at their huddle while I was shopping and a woman says (I'm guessing this is Mary Beth) "ok guys we want to make sure our guests have an amazing experience because they might not shop here a lot and we want them to come back" with a guest experience like the one I just had? Read moreEvelyn made my Christmas a truly Merry Christmas, she was a shining star on this visit when checking out. And I haven't been to Target in years, but clearly, I need to reconsider this. I truly thank you wonderful people from the very bottom of my heart. Lately I've been under a lot of stress and I've been suffering from heavy anxiety and depression. I guess I hadn't realized that on Christmas Eve, everything closes early. I thought Walmart and HEB would be open until at least 10, 11, or 12. Those two places closing at 6 (Walmart) and 8 (HEB) didn't cross my mind at all. I didn't realize until I had went to 7-Eleven where I had to accept that I may have to eat some of their 2 for $2 slices of pizza. But because this store was open until 10, I was able to have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS. And they were so long suffering because I didn't know the store was open until I noticed simply from driving by. I got there at 9:50 PM and everyone there was so helpful despite me lingering a few extra minutes past 10, on Christmas Eve at that. I tried to emphasize my gratitude at the store but I don't think they truly understood how much this changed my whole Christmas experience. I had no food at the house and anxiety and lack of money caused me to leave out the house just after 8:00 PM, so I would've missed both stores...
Read moreI went to buy my baby clothes for the summer, and I experienced the worst situation in my 8 years of shopping in this target store. The employee that was in charge of fixing the baby area yesterday was the most rude and racist person. I was checking the shirts for my toddler and here she comes getting in front of me to fix what I touch she did it five times, I go to a different area here she comes again behind me and when I see she is in front of me again and I didn't even touch the clothes this time. She had a full rack of clothes that needed to be fix back in place but she decides to follow me around and get in front of me to "Fix" what I see and touch. She is a Racist person because a lady that was her same color ask her a question and she kindly answer her but she saw mexican looking people and started to show her rude attitude. and finally she goes to talk with someone and comes back yelling "Women are messy" she knew I was uncomfortable with her and she did it on purpose. I reported her with the manager, and what can I say wonderful service from him. He was kind and make her go somewhere else, and that's when she says you don't want me to fix this anymore.
