First of all I had a bad experience with a bartender that's a young buck that thinks he knows how to be a professional bartender... As I'm patiently waiting in line to get a drink a guy comes up behind me is waiting for a drink too which is fine.. my problem is this young buck bartender that works there decide to Come behind me next in line.. I don't get aggravated that easy but as a bartender and it wasn't really busy usually bartenders asked who was next in line instead of assuming but this bartender did not and also the customer instead of saying oh she's next just decided to jump the gun which aggravated me and I was like yo I was next... So the guy acknowledges after I said that yes she was next with a guilty look and tone in his voice no he was wrong for jumping and yet the bartender still want to be rude to me about it I was like oh no you're not getting my service especially after the customer said I was right and I was next and I've been waiting here almost 10 minutes for a drink patiently... At this point when the customer knowledge that I was next the bartender instead of being rude and blaming me should have been like oh okay man what would you like to drink and be done with it but no he want to continue to have an attitude with me which definitely makes me never want to come back to that particular bar again this person does not believe in customer service even though he was wrong and even the other customer that should have stood up and said I was next aknowledge he has a bartender was wrong for...

Unfortunately I dont have the same reviews as others have previously left. Being in an industry that your tips/wages are based on service, I wouldnt want a negative review but I was astounded by the way I was treated tonight and felt strongly enough to write this. I stood at the bar for several mins before being helped. Its saturday, I get it. Not a big deal. Shortly after striking up a conversation with another person at the bar, I was helped by a friendly guy. Sorry mister. Didnt get your name or I'd give you credit for friendly service. You went on to the next person and forgot my wated water, but no worries. Its ok I'll wait. The name I will remember who will prevent me from coming back is, Lyndsey. There was no reason, to ignore me from the moment I stepped up to the bar forcing the guy to help me, because you chose to ignore my attempts to get your attention. There was no reason to be rude to me because I asked for a cup. To watch you blatantly roll your eyes at me because I asked for a cup of water was rude and uncalled for. In addition to all of that, when you handed me the cup, you stuck your fingers inside of it while handing it to me. Gross. I had planned to spend more than $3 for my beer in here tonight but your attitude is less than desireable and needs a lot of work. THIS PLACE SUCKS! The people this bar attracts are filthy. Let's start by saying my second and LAST experience pissed me off. The bartender, a heavier set male, looked like he was coked out. No joke! The heavier set female bartender paid ZERO attention to me or my friends when we wanted to order more drinks. Talking to her friends seemed more important. Not to mention they both looked drunk and were both drinking failry heavy. What did it for me is when we went to close out and the bartender gave me the wrong credit card! So you mean to tell me I could've left with someone's card and vice versa? Not cool... I told him he gave me the wrong one and I noticed when I got the receipt he didn't had a few drinks to my tab. Of course I didn't say anything because their service SUCKED! My guess is they charged someone elses card. Needless to say we only stayed for less than an hour. My advice is to pay cash if you go here.. I'll add by saying my first experience was almost as awful. The service sucked and the people this bar attracts is no bueno.
