They did it again my friend went there I ordered a meal my friend did to I told the kid in the window I want a frosty to he gave my friend his drink for his meal he didn't for me he said you wanted the frosty not a drink okay a drink comes with a drink or you can change it he changed me for the frosty on the side and no drink he said sorry I can't give you a drink I told him what did you charge the frosty separate he said no drink for your combo I paid for it he said no no drink he changed me for a meal with no drink and changed me for the frosty on the side dude really then he got so mad it was 1am he told me to go I can't give you a drink with your combo! I sit at the drive through and blowed and yelled with no response drove up to the window and there were two ladies standing there and the window was cracked up so I asked are yall open and the two ladies stepped away out of sight so then another lady pushing and cart walked up and came to the window very aggressive and rude and said she was asking could she help me but I had drove to the window and I said well they were standing there not saying anything and the lady replied they don't speak English so I replied then were is the manager and she said she is the manager so I said yall need to get rid of her if she can't understand the customer and at that time she said you can't talk about my coworker like that and good bye and slammed the drive through window in my face. ...
Read moreI hate this Wendy's with a passion. The last two hours of the hours of operation, they'll make every excuse in the book to avoid making food. If this is a franchisee, you're losing money with your current workers. They're literally sabotaging you. I got to the drive true at 245. They told me to submit a drive thru order. They could have told me it was close but they didn't. So I submit a mobile order. They then tell me they didn't get it and the system went down. But I can't cancel the mobile order because they accepted the order. And they won't refund me because only a general manager can do it. But then they tell me online mobile app customer service can do the refund.
All of this was so avoidable. What a garbage...
