Terrible. For seven months the dining room has been closed (I understand that part of that is due to COVID, but the ban has been lifted and most places are open). Many times for breakfast there have been no staff or not open. For months the parking lot is filled with trash and the surroundings are not kept. What is the saying about first appearances? Frosty machine not working on multiple occasions!!! Completely not acceptable especially when people go here for that reason. The franchise owner does not deserve this business and gives the company a bad name. I do not know how this location is still in operation or allowed to stay open. Word of mouth and social media can be great in many instances and devastating in others. A saying Iearned in business school and then again in culinary school was that in good experience a customer will tell a couple of people. In a bad experience the customer will tell as many people as they can. This can eventually lead to a profitable well known business or business failure/death which is very costly. Read moreThis Wendy's is usually pretty good. I like to get a frosty and french fries when I visit here. The staff is usually nice. Food is almost always correct. My only complaints would be...recently on some of my visits they said that a vanilla frosty wasn't available, occasionally the fries are VERY SALTY. I guess somebody has a heavy hand and ends up over salting. I can literally feel the salt crushing between my teeth as I chew, not a fan of that. The times that I do order a junior bacon cheeseburger, I have to put it in the oven when I get home to make sure the patty is hot enough. However after I do that it is very tasty. They just need small adjustments at this location and they are totally achievable. I've worked in the food industry and tons of customer service positions and this location is doing pretty good and could be excellent with a few minor adjustments. Read moreWent to the drive through to pick up my online order. First they told me to check in - I had - they couldn't see it. Then she didn't understand the order because it was worded weird she said. I had to explain it numerous times. They finally handed me my bag, I parked to check it out - and was missing the side of sauce they confirmed I wanted. Opened up my sandwiches and one was missing the tomato and lettuce, verified that there was the extra pickles on both as I ordered and heard them talking about loudly. Drove back through the drive thru to correct it and get my missing side sauces. I was certain that this time was correct, I was on lunch from work and already running late to what should have been a quick pick up as I ordered online, paid and checked in. I get to work and they took off all the pickles that I asked for and I heard them telling each other I ordered. No pickles, order still wrong and twice through the drive thru and all I ordered was two chicken...
