I'm not from here I'm from San Antonio it was my first time purchasing clip-in extensions im used to spending hundreds on full sew ins. When I went in the owner was quick to assist me and answer all my questions happily and with a smile as if she truly wanted to help me get what I was looking for. I explained to her that I was on a budget but I wanted something long and that looked natural and she did everything in her power to find me just that. She made me feel very welcome and like one of a kind she even asked me what my name was so that shows that she truly cares about her customer satisfaction. I have been shopping at k beauty since I was a teenager. The experience has always been wonderful. You walk in and get service right away. The manager always greets you with a smile and makes sure you leave a happy customer but most importantly makes you want to come back again. It doesn't matter who helps you when you go in the store , everyone that works there makes you feel like part of the family. I can't think of any other place I'd rather go to get what I need and also walk out with a smile. They have everything that you need in this one beauty store.
