So from the time they open the store till around lunch is when it’s a little slow, especially mobile orders. They won’t know you’ve mobile ordered until you tell them because they’re in the back dealing with drive through or still prepping for lunch. from the morning till around 3/4 there’s really only going to be 1 person who can speak English, she or he will be the one who you see receive your order, 100% guaranteed. They do spend time talking to each other as well, there’s not much traffic going on at this Wendy’s compared to McDonald’s a few blocks down so you can’t expect them to move like In-n-out.
Weekends I’ll come around 11-1AM and there’s barely any traffic, so it’s a lot slower and it’s almost 100% guaranteed you’re pulling up and have to wait a lil while, 12 minutes tops.
If you have an attitude then you can expect an attitude back, I think most of these people who’ve given one stars are just not good people. Been coming to this Wendy’s since I’ve moved here last year and sure it’s slower, but the food 9/10 comes out without any blunders. They do try to understand you when you speak English, and are more than willing to accommodate you if they ran out of the vanilla frosty or the caramel coffee
The music they play is either typical six flag/fair music or classical music which is funny because all the workers here are Latino/a.
The age range of these workers are late 20’s to late 40’s. At night mostly 20’s, morning to evening you’ll have like 3 or 4 in their late 20’s and the rest in late 30s to 40s.
I will say the cleaning could be a bit better, I believe they only clean on Friday’s since all the days I’ve come here Fridays were the days I’d see mopping and it be early in the morning at like 8-9. But there’s barely any people that come in here so I can kinda see the negligence in that.
There all genuine people and if you know Spanish then it’s even easier to get your order across.

Read moreI ordered the new chili cheese fries and the packaging had fell apart somewhere between the moment they packed the food to when they actually handed it to me where they told me to pull up and wait. So when they actually brought the food to me the bag was already soaking in chili and then when she approached my window, the bag burst open and dropped chili all over my vehicle. I called to see what we could do about this and not only did they not refund me for the food, since it was “Prepared Correctly”, they blamed their food handler and said I’d have to take it up with them. That’s crazy to me. For a corporation to single out their employee for blame and compensation in these situations is incredibly toxic. My clothes were covered in chili, the exterior and the interior of my door was covered in Chili and I lost time at work from this as it was my lunch hour. This whole experience was terrible and the chili cheese fries were not worth this cost. I just wanted to see if they’d compensate me for a car wash or detailing. Read moreCashier seemed new but was very friendly. We all start somewhere, and he is NOT a factor in the low rating. The good: Food was all fresh and hot. The bad: My spicy chicken sandwich was seriously thinner than a fry. No joke. Plenty of flavor, but the lack of chicken was ridiculous. It didn't used to be like that. They were out of MANY drinks. We usually don't drink sodas, and they were out of tea (both in the dining area and in the drive thru area), and were out of most of the flavored waters that my son likes. This isn't a single occasion: every time I bring my son for a haircut, we come to Wendy's, and the drink machine was pitiful the last couple times.The lone ketchup dispenser doesn't work right, and that isn't new, either. As a final blow, I had loaded the Wendy's app and prepaid $75, only to find out that it does NOT work at this location, although the app and customer care line say it does. I tried multiple times over the last several months, all fails. They never get the order. I have asked for my money back, and was told the manager would contact me to arrange it: he didn't.
