I showed up at 8:30pm on a Sunday. Last Sunday I showed up, kinda late and ordered tenders, but unfortunately, they were out which I understood because you know it was about 30 minutes before closing. So this Sunday, I decided to show up way earlier than close which was 11 PM. I used drive-thru and this time when I asked if they had any tenders for the night, I was told they were sold out for the night. Which was confusing because it was barely 830. So I asked is this a common thing on Sunday? Which the girl explained to me usually. So then I asked about the Nuggets. and the girl said she would be right back. So I waited and when she came back, she had an attitude and asked me what Iād like to order as if I was a new customer. Then I explained to her never mind. Iām gonna try another location. Luckily, I went to the East William Cannon location next where they had tenders and drive-through was way better with customer service. I would not recommend this location. It seems as if the workers at night donāt really care. I find it kind of crazy that Iāve worked in restaurants before and it doesnāt take very long to make tenders. Gravy got spilled all over my vehicle , scrub pants , too and shoes. I ended up with my hand and leg burning due to heavy spilling all over me ones I grabbed food to put in my passenger seat. I went inside to get a refund and return untouched food where refund was denied because the men stated that it happened in my vehicle sir you for sure know this did not even happen 1 minute after yāall gave me my food gravy surpassed brown bag and spilled all over me and you staying basically this was my fault how ? You can check your cameras to see I stopped immediately got out of my vehicle because my leg/hand were burning tried to clean my hand , and seat as soon as I could parked and went inside where you denied me my refund for something I was not at fault. Donāt go through the drive-through I think the person at the windows headset is turned on the lowest volume because you have to yell at the top of your longs for him to get your order and also the chicken is not up to par compared to other KFC is that Iāve been to honestly went there for the chicken but I shouldāve just went to churches. I think thereās something in the air that is giving Austin minimal wage employees the worst attitude...
