I’m still trying to understand how they have 3.1 stars. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I came here on 07/25/2018 at 9:21 p.m. I ask for a 2 piece dinner I wanted legs. For the first time they informed me they had no legs. Usually they just put whatever in the box assuming you’ll be okay with what they gave you. I said it take 15 minutes to prepare she said yes I’ll make sure everything is fresh for you. But shouldn’t it already be fresh in the first place but anyways. The girl didn’t come out with my food until 9:47 p.m. that’s way more than 15 minutes. I didn’t complain about my extended wait for my food. I get home and I notice my chicken is dripping after I bit into it and not in a good way. I then notice my food wasn’t cooked all the way. I tried calling them to inform them my food wasn’t cooked all the way. I come back the next day 07/26/2018 cause my friend want Popeyes. I come through the drive thru and when I get to the window it’s the same manger who wouldn’t give me my proper change for a time fore this one. She had working on 07/21/2018 when I order the very, very, very over cook shrimp that have poop in it still. Anyways I get to the window she has an attitude from the get go she says the card I gave her had no money which the card had more than enough money to purchase the food. I guess she thought that would make us leave. I paid her in cash. I asked her where the young lady was from last night my chicken was cooked all the way. She walks away comes back and say I remember you you complain I’m not giving you nothing. I’m shook at because she talking to me out the side of her neck. I didn’t say anything about replacing the food nor did I ask for my money back. I wasn’t just informing her she then walks away again and said nobody said anything happened to your food. How could you or anyone else know if this is my first time informing you of anything. I’m asking what’s her name her along with other crew members are playing deaf. While I was waiting so long on the food I see employees just eating the fries by the fry station. Read moreWe came in at about 8 and we sat in the drive-thru for about 10-15 minutes and we decided to go inside. We walked in and we stood there waiting for someone to come assist us and a guy saw us and just kept sitting on his phone and talking to his other worker friends. I ordered my food and asked for a gallon of sweet tea as well, my food came out after about 5 minutes and then he told us they didn’t have anymore iced tea. I wanted a refund and then he told us he could make more and the only worker who was actually doing his job was named Marcus I think and he said it would take about 5 minutes. We waited for 15-20 and finally said something and he said it was coming out but in that 15-20 minutes this guy who was there when we first came was sitting on his phone laughing, watching videos while other customers kept coming in. He was distracting the other people who were actually working and showing them videos and trying to talk to them while they were working. He also was calling someone while he was taking someone’s order and was asking them to pick him up and was also told by the manager to start doing things to which he continued doing what he was doing before.nothing. We ended up just leaving without the tea after about 30 minutes with no refund because he told us you can’t refund a card. In addition to this poor service the tables were covered in bits of fried chicken and there was soda and trash on the floors as well. Another group of customers approached us as they were leaving and asked if we were still waiting because they saw how long we’d been there and the women said she was going to tell the manager on them because she also got poor service. Read moreCurrently in the drive thru and had the worst experience at this location: I pulled into the parking lot and did not see any cars parked and then waited behind one car in the drive thru. When it was my turn to place my order the guy said “please wait a minute “ which I had no problem with so I did. When he got back on the speaker he goes “just so oh know we’re out of dark meat” so I asked how long would the wait be his reply “no like we’re all out” I didn’t understand how a #1 fast food chicken restaurant could be out so I asked if his manager was available, Laticia. She then got on the intercom and said “hello ma’am we’ll have dark meat available in 15min” I then told her I wouldn’t mind waiting and asked for her name. I couldn’t understand her so I asked her to spell it for me, so there may be a slight error in the spelling of her name, but she was very rude and had no customer service. After placing my order with her she had many complications with entering in my order correctly, which I was dumbfounded on how I was speaking with a manager. After placing my order I pulled up behind the only other person in my line and decided to ask him how his experience was going he goes “I mean it’s Popeyes, so it’s okay” I then asked if they told him they were out of dark meat, he said no. Then when I got to the window, they still had my order wrong. The MANAGER of the facility was that incompetent. I couldn’t believe it. I had to share my experience in hopes that someone from this company sees this and addresses issues at this store.
