Horrible service, Everytime I try to use the app for points or an offer their scanner is down or not scanning for some reason or another. I tried to use it yet again this trip for my son's and in the process of having to hold the phone out of the car for the phone to be scanned even though it didn't work it dropped because the worker kept asking to scan the phone again. Went completely under my car. The workers just looked at me struggle to get out and find my phone under my car. Screen shattered. Pointless and ruined my phone trying to scan something that NEVER works at this location for some reason. The chocolate frosty machine wouldn't work but the vanilla would??? My son's were disappointed over that because we order them chocolate at the speaker and we were not told it was not working only vanilla. I told them to not charge me for what I ordered to be use the offer for since it would not take the price off of my order they said okay then charged me anyway full price after I had clearly told them to take off what would not be discounted because of an error on their end NOT mine. Still to be charged for it and leave with a broken phone as well. HORRIBLE customer service, not listening or paying attention to their customer and why offer an app for discounts and points to use and you can never use them at this location because there is always an issue. Read moreDuring the DAYTIME, this Wendy's is 4-star...but at NIGHT, it gets 2-stars. ....... I drove into 4 different "Late Night" Wendy's starting at 1:44am on Sat morning 8/30/2014. Each had ALL their lights BLAZING: (neon said "drive thru open now," their giant overhead/main sign was on, side signs also lit) .....BUT each time I got near the speaker unit: "DEAD SILENCE" (with no explanation that Wendy's was really closed and/or why the employees had not turned off the OPEN signs.) .....All 4 stores made the same error: flashing OPEN lights advertising that Wendy's was serving. Since the signs clearly stated Wendy's was OPEN, we were enticed to get off the freeway, and found the location. .....Our hope was that our five crying 3 yr olds could get the frosty treat the Wendy's advertising board kept promised them. BUT every time we got to the order box we heard, "oh sorry, we closed about 15 minutes ago." .....Soooo Thhhhhhen...why do all your neons still glow "drive through open!"? .....The open signs were left "on" at four locations: #1) 620 &35 austin, #2) McNeil & Parmer, #3 Parmer & Mopac, #4) 183 & Lake Creek.

Read moreI visited this Wendy’s tonight (1/2/2019 9:20p.m.) for the craving of a hamburger that I had. Upon ordering the Customer service rep who took my order was very rude and rushed me in my order. I was never given my total and had to count my cash infront of him at the window which I find very rude. He then handed me a bag of food and said thanks, then closed the window. I noticed I was missing something in my order so I waited until he came back. Once I got home I opened my hamburger to which I find is a chicken sandwich instead. I’m 7 months pregnant and REALLY wanted a hamburger. I went to the Wendy’s website to post a survey but the survey required a store number from the receipt In which I never received. I called the store to ask them what their store number was but no one answered. I understand this is a fast food chain and I could’ve just cooked myself a meal but it was a long day and I was starving and willing to pay for the convenience of food. Needless to say this was a very poor experience and the person who was working the window should really be more trained in quality and assurance because in the end, it’s our money we’re spending and we deserve a little...
