Berry's Natural Food Market — Restaurant in Austintown

This store is a little hidden gem!! It feels like a mini version of the infamous Whole Foods stores! It has a truly awesome variety of healthy and organic grocery/frozen food/produce and specialty items, plus the highest quality vitamins & supplements on the market. The staff is amazingly knowledgable, friendly and helpful as well! Not to mention a smoothie bar and coffee bar/cafe that is also the best in the area.. ’Granny’s Apple Pie’ smoothie and ’Pumpkin Pie’ smoothie.... just fabulous!! Plus they have a pharmacy with some of THE lowest prescription drug prices anywhere. Small town store with a really cool, healthy & friendly vibe.. and so clean & neat....Wow. Need to get the word out for such a unique place. Please, please expand to other areas.. Columbiana, Poland or Canfield sooooo need a place like this. I took the time to make a review today because I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service given by Angela N. today. Instead grabbing my 2 items at Target or the health food store in Boardman. I wanted to support our locals and decided to go to Berrys instead. On this particular day, I wish I didn’t. Angela just seemed very annoyed that I was using a coupon and reward points. While the coupon didn’t specify that I had to spend a certain amount, I had no problem adding on more to my tab. When asking for help, she came off very frustrated and impatient. Feeling embarrassed, I hurried to find something so I could get out of there. I get we all have bad days and working the register can sometimes be draining. I give a raving review to Berry’s Natural Food Market! The staff is very helpful as well as friendly and kind. The store gives you a “small hometown happy kind of place” feeling and is chock full of wonderful, healthy products many of which no store in the area even carries to my knowledge. I had a question regarding a particular product I was looking for recently and sent an email through the Berrys website. Even though this was after store hours I received a message back so quickly , probably within an hour. Not only so timely, but to my greatest pleasure they had the product I was looking all over for and even offered to carry it in a different size if I wished.This is customer service at its finest and I truly appreciate it and encourage others to experience Berry’s...
