I’m giving 3 stars because despite the lack of staff, they really did well in assisting customers and trying to make sure everyone got taken care of. The girl working the register, it felt like she may have just started, they didn’t have her doing much else but taking orders at the register. There was also another employee who wasn’t doing much else but handing off drive through orders, she looked like she may have been the manager but there was no way to tell. There were only 2 more employees making all the food for drive through customers and dining room/ take out customers.
We ordered at the kiosk by the entrance, then waited about 20-25 minutes for all of our food. While waiting there were 4 people who came in, and it took the one girl about 3 minutes to approach the register, which I found odd because as I stated previously it didn’t appear as if she were busy with any other tasks other than register.
Once we got all our food, we had to ask not one, not two, but THREE out of the four people working if we could get another cup for our second drink. I understand that most places are understaffed, but I’ve never had issues with this location until today. Read moreMy husband placed an order on Grubhub and it was completely ignored by the staff because I called grubhub and they said the order did infact go thru. I first called Taco Bell asking about the order. When they first answered you can hear them mumbling about grubhub. Then I explained to the girl what happened and she said she can’t help she didn’t get an order and rushed me off the phone. So when I called grubhub they spoke with the driver who claimed they were in line at the Taco Bell. It literally took this guy 2 hours to get to my house that’s 10 mins away if that. When we got the food it was cold, the hard taco shells were soggy and my frozen drink was melted. So someone clearly lied. Taco Bell lied when they said they didn’t receive my order and the driver lied when he said there was a “long line”. No way a line will take 2 hours. Read moreI don’t want to fault the staff for this abomination of a facility. I ordered online for pickup. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:15, it is now 12:07 and I’m still in line. It is egregious to allow your customer base to wait this long. Not sure if the problem is staffing or apathy but being a former fast food employee, we constantly were barked at for the time it took each car from the conception of the order until the customer rolled away from the pickup window. This is an abysmal failure in the fact that you have to wait over an hour for your food every time you come here. This place needs to be revamped from the ground up. Either the food is too difficult to make quickly, or the kitchen is not optimized for efficiency, or the company itself Does not adequately staff this restaurant. I wish for once a multibillion dollar corporation would care for its employees and customers instead of its shareholders and quarterly earnings.
