I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but something has changed. I used to come from work in Boardman to get my pizza here, but now the last 3 orders have been horrible. The food is ALWAYS under cooked. I was craving a thin and crispy crust, hadn't ordered in a while due to how far we live away in Milton, but thought since I was in the area why not? Again, I'm not sure what is going on here but the food the last 3 times has been under cooked. Tonight after my 25 minute drive home, my daughter went in and honestly I was so tired after driving for the last 4 hours I forgot to check it, I get the pizza will not be oven hot, but my pizza was cold and undercooked AGAIN. My wings had mushy raw like skin, my extra cheese was barely melted and definitely not golden brown anywhere. The crust was not crispy at all.
Get your oven temperature checked, get a new timer, something but mushy chicken skin not cooked all the way and a thin and crispy crust that was floppy is not what Papa John's food is about. I shouldn't have to come home and put my pizza in the air fryer for 6 more minutes to finish cooking it.
Oh the one good thing in my order was the brownie, probably because they come pre-made. I didn't even think of taking pictures of it, but Google popped up asking for a review, so here you go.
I've given this location more than enough second chances because I was craving Papa John's thin crust, guess I will have to start driving to Niles on search of a decent...

I called the store, the associate first told me I’m going to have to give her a minute then placed me on hold. When she came back to the phone she then told me I’ll have to wait until they slow down. I then asked her what am I supposed to do in the meantime, she hung up on me. When I called back she immediately placed me on hold. I asked for a refund she placed me on hold again. I asked for her name she placed me on hold and told me she had to talk to her GM. She then told me her name was Mackenzie. She told me I can expect my refund in 3-5 days but couldn’t provide proof that it’s been done. She told me her GM would take care of the problem.
