Chill-N Ice Cream Aventura — Restaurant in Aventura

I’ve been coming to this location for years and never in my life have I been so disrespected. I’m aware that there’s been new employees and still some people training but for me to receive an item as such is beyond me and absolutely no effort was made into it and it’s the employees fault on the order being incorrect. I ordered an small vanilla ice cream with Dulce de Leche mixed in as well and waffle cone . The establishment was already pack but i waited my turn patiently and hope to get my usual . When I first looked at my cup I automatically seen there was something , kind you I’ve gotten my regular more over then 15 times I know exactly how my order should look so as I’m about to take my first bite I start to move the ice cream around trying to figure out where exactly is the “Dulce de Leche “ as I’m tossing and turning I come to the conclusion it wasn’t added in . And mind you the add ons aren’t free so I wanted to get what I paid for . So I simply return and ask if I can get my order re- mixed and to add the Dulce de Leche they forgot the young lady took my cup and as I’m thinking she’s about to do what I nicely asked i get slapped the biggest glob of Dulce de Leche and repeated “May I have it mixed in” and she proceeded to say “I just added it on top “ and before I could even continue she walked away so I had to sit and deal with this monstrosity, the customer service at this location depleted by a large some and I’m truly disappointed at the fact . If your not happy where you work please just quit the establish and not give other people a hard time just because your having one . I’m not only hurt but I’m upset that my order wasn’t tendered...

We have come here for many years and never had a complaint. We love the ice cream it’s one of the best that we have had in Miami and have even brought friends here or have shared with people about ChillN and everyone loves it. However, this time we are sad to say we left extremely disappointed. Some of the workers here now do not meet to what this place has been like in the past. Poor customer service… we went because we had received a promotion for pickup, but noticed that the prices on the site were marked higher than what they actually are. So it was basically the same as just ordering at the store. We spoke with one of the workers and since she was unsure she brought us the person in charge a girl with curly hair. Her attitude was indifferent about what we were saying. She explained to us and answered the question, but with a careless and bad attitude. We only wanted to understand why the promotion was like that and because it didn’t make sense to us to call it a promotion if we weren’t saving anything from the deal. We were still going to buy the ice cream anyway because again we’ve come here for years, but the attitude this person had only made us upset to the point were we felt why bother spending money here when we can go somewhere else to spend the money, eat a good dessert but deal with better customer service and less attitude. My wife told me let’s just go because of that. Doubting if we will come back here again and in the end drove 25 minutes here...

It was my first time their and went try it out yes the ice cream was good but in reality for the price rate the same as gallon of ice cream at the market which would've have come out better after the rudeness we were treated. My oldest son that is 18 goes and as politely for napkins because in our table ran our and we need for my 1yr old that eating ice cream but spilling some and my son was told by an employee to go get from the tables outside which were filled as if he was going to go over the people tonget it just because they didn't want to assist and then to top it off we sitting eating our ice cream and an employee comes to our table and tells us in these exact words "we are closing so I have to kick you out" everywhere I've gone they lock the door and wait to you finish eating never in my life we've been humiliated and kick out of a place again we would've have been better off and saved money buying ice at super market and eating it at home then having to have gone to that experience specially on our first time there so guarantee it's our...
