I called taco bell for a situation that happened. I asked to talk to the manager and the lady that answered said she was. I was explaining what happened when she stepped away from the phone and with attitude told someone else to talk to me she was not. Another lady came to phone and said she was the manager. I said I thought I was just talking to the manager and that I heard what she was saying about me. I asked to have the owner's phone number or the corporate phone number. She said it was on google and hung up on me. This is where I found this review section. I also found that they are open at 3 am. Not closed at 9. If you are closed and look like you are open you should at least tell the person sitting at the drive thru menu to order for over 5 mins that you are closed immediately. Do not waste their precious time because the whole crew is running around changing signs. So he spent his money at McDonald's. To him as he drive off it seemed the van behind him was able to order. Read moreI cannot explain in words how much I hate this location. My order is always messed up...the customer service is horrible. I went through the drive thru tonight 9-5-15 around 11pm. When I got home I sat down to eat the taco bell I spent $15 on. First my chalupa had a smashed what looked like a mosquito on the outer shell. I put it aside and tried to think of it as just an accident then I went to eat my soft taco with a smash bug on the taco shell. Im disgusted. When I called to complain I was not rude but I felt like I was talking to a teenage boy with the attitude of a 13 year old girl. He said he was the manager but did not do anything to fix this situation. I need to know who to contact I have pictures with the bugs on my food to go along with my complaint. Read morehad a mobile order and got stuck in line for hour and a half. had no way of getting out because of how their drive thru is set up. i started having car trouble and my car kept overheating. i called the store when i got further up in line to ask how much longer or if there was anyway to let me out of line and they said about 5-10 more minutes. it was over 30. once i got to the front of the line at the window i was waiting for my food for another 20 minutes. not sure what else they could be doing other than working on the next order in line? barely said sorry and gave me 3 lousy coupons for free tacos (the cheapest on the menu). should’ve shut down if it was truly that bad. or put a sign up to warn people it would take an hour and a half to get through the line… actually insane. tried to stop on my way home from a 10 hour shift...
