Dunkin' — Restaurant in Avon Park

I've been coming to this location for over 10 years and I mean it when I say this place makes perfect coffee BUT ONLY IF YOU COME AFTER 2 P.M.!!!

The morning crew is overstaffed and they still can't make coffee right after the changes and additional staff. I just went there hoping for a different experience but was handed coffee flavored milk. I get the same thing every time I go. It's made perfect in the afternoon by Miss Tammy or Jade but in the morning the crew always messes it up.

My main complaint is that the morning crew will SPLIT ESPRESSO SHOTS AMONG MULTIPLE DRINKS AND NOT GIVE YOU THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR, FOR YOUR OWN COFFEE. I always end up with coffee flavored milk instead of a proper iced latte.

I only recommend this location if you come in the afternoon because the morning crew will NEVER (NOT EVEN IN THE 10 YEARS I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION) make your drink right and they will always give you attitude and rude comments, sometimes even cursing, if you correct them on how your drink should be made.

The morning crew needs more training and customer service etiquette. The afternoon and night crew are absolutely wonderful so please if you enjoy coffee only visit this location after 2 p.m. Wawa in Sebring will treat you better than the...

Say at the window, received my iced coffee, and donut and they said it'll be a minute for your grilled cheese. OK no biggie. I watched the 2 ladies make 2 sweet pepper bacon croissants and 1 grilled cheese along with an avocado sandwich. Then i watched them bag them up. Everyone left the window area and then I see the lady that just made all those sandwiches walk out the door on the other side of the building. With as much bacon as she liked on the sandwiches I unbeatable now, she made them for her. She walked out and got in her car parked right at the door. Not like an employee parking spot. So i don't know if she worked early shift and was getting ready to leave and made them to go or if she works there and wanted some sandwiches. But either way I say there for over 15m watching this. Then i watched some of the workers come back and start on my sandwich. Really. Customers 1st. I don't have skill day while you feed your faces. Nor does the 4 cars behind me. Unbelievable. Had this been the only time I'd not be a hard on them, but I've been here 3wks and everytime I order from that store, I'm waiting at least 10m if not longer. Not sure who is working there, but I will prolly start driving 15miles to try that store or just go...

I am very disappointed. This Dunkin' Donuts used to be great but somewhere over the last year it has really gone downhill. I used to stop there every single day for coffee and breakfast but I would much rather just wait till I'm at work and make my coffee and eat oatmeal every single day.

Yesterday I ordered a large pumpkin macchiato hot, the lady then proceeded to tell me that I ordered a caramel macchiato, which I corrected her. I get my coffee, exit the parking lot heading to work and I take a sip and there is NO flavoring whatsoever. Today I go through and order the same thing, a large pumpkin macchiato hot, I then wait too long to get my coffee and as I am pulling out of the parking lot I take a sip and my coffee is warm. My coffee feels and tastes like it had been made and sitting there for awhile. I have to get to work, I don't have time to park, go back inside and wait while they re-make my coffee (that's the whole point of going through the drive-through).

I drive 45 min to work daily and this is the DD that I pass by closest to work but I would rather just leave earlier and take the extra time to go to another facility if this is the service that I am going to get.
