Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Avon Park

I love Hungry Howies pizza, but the last 3 times (and only 3 times) I've ordered my food from there, they've gotten my order wrong every single time. The first time they forgot to put the topping on the crust. . the second time I joked and asked them to make sure that the toppings were put on there and I ordered dipping sauce . .they gave me the wrong ones. I order the same thing every single time! The third time I told them and was more stern about it to make sure nothing was messed up with it, but made the mistake of letting them deliver it. And my fiance let the guy leave before he checked . .they forgot the topping on the crusts again. Needless to say it was the most frustrating and annoying thing I have dealt with so far. How hard is it to make sure the dipping sauces are the correct ones on the box and that the pizza crust has a topping on it? I mean its what you're KNOWN FOR!...

Contactless delivery from this establishment is a LIE. I ordered Contactless Delivery online. I even had to check a box on the website confirming it was a contact less delivery. I added a tip to the the order total, so I wouldn't have any reason to interact with the driver. Instead of leaving the order on the steps like he is supposed to, the driver bangs on my door until answer demanding to see my credit card. I don't hand my cards over to anyone, especially a pizza driver. He already has my name and address...I'm supposed to forego social distancing and the contactless delivery to let him get a look at my CVC/CVV code too? I don't think so. I already put in my code online when I made the order to verify my card, a pizza driver doesn't get to...

Love the service & the food but those People that work there deserves True Respect those workers are in need of an upgraded Fast-Food Restaurant, their in need of an A/C Unit cause it's yet too hot in there for me so if it's too hot for me than it's too hot for those poor workers, like every other customers especially when a lot of us have heart problems & Asthma & etc, another thing their in need of is a Soda Fountain Drink Machine where they'd be able to get drinks out of & some Ice.. If the workers are released while the Fast-Food Restaurant is getting an updated/ upgraded, the workers deserves their pay until their Grand- Opening unless needed elsewhere of within their job of Hungry Howies..
