After waiting patiently, for fifteen minutes, the one person behind the counter informed me that they had no soup or meatballs. Even though my fiance's meal has to now be adjusted I still decide to order. I order a steak and cheese and they try to charge me for the outlaw which is double cheese. I also try to order, the same thing I have at every subway in Florida, a 6in chicken on the side and a side of cucumbers for my gluten free 5 year old. They proceed to tell me that they are unable to do that. I tell them that I've always ordered that and it's a special order for a child with gluten allergies and even tell them the way they charge it. The employee tells me they have to call their manager and I wait an extra 10 minutes before finally walking out with no food. Worst customer service ever, never going back to...
Read moreCompletely horrible service. We arrived with a time crunch and needed to be in and out. No problem right? Well two people are in front of us and we think nothing of it. Now the lady directly in front of us had a large order, and we maybe sat for 20+ minutes waiting before we walked out. Now the guy doing the orders, great job. He looked stressed out and was doing his best to serve the lady and at the same time refilling the containers. Now while he was working we could tell someone was on the back just doing nothing and could audibly hear him! While we were there multiple people showed up behind us and this one dude still was the only one in the front! It's unacceptable for us to be waiting that long and yet they stayed in the back doing whatever they were doing! If it weren't for that one guy this place...
Read moreNothing like waiting 10 minutes at the counter with them in front of you for them not to even speak one word. All it takes is a “just a moment we will be right with you”. I guess making your customers feel completely ignored while standing there for 10+ minutes waiting to order is the new norm. 👎 if I could give negative stars I would. Completely unacceptable.
