Fazoli's — Restaurant in Avon

Just ordered 3 things with 1 being 2 chicken parm submarino. The lady who took our order repeated back "2 chicken parm submarino." She later then repeated back out stumbling over the intercom and all we could hear was "chicken parm." But since she repeated our order the first time before she asked us if that was all. We pulled up and handed us the wrong order. I go inside to inform them it was the wrong order. However, the lady who took our order was the manager. She had a VERY poor attitude coming out of the kitchen already HOT. Almkst looked like she was about to take out her cashier behind the register as the door swung open. She proceeded to blame me saying we didn't confirm the second time....almost asked for a refund. Didnt say anything how she stumbled with words around BUT did repeat our order CORRECTLY. Both parties are to blame as we should had asked follow up questions before we pulled forward but when she said our order CORRECTLY the first time - we didn't think much about it. BUT even when both make a mistake - DONT EVER COME AT SOMEONE HOT WITH A LECTURE. I just stood there in silence confirming my significant other said our meal twice...must had been a Karen cuz t he employee name on the receipt was a dude's name

Okay so I've ordered the chicken carbonara before without the noodles because I don't like to eat that many carbs but I love chicken alfredo with broccoli better restaurants like Olive garden and noodles and company offer alternatives of broccoli or zoodles not only does this company not seem to understand but they try to look at me like I'm an alien from another planet it's not that hard to make accommodations this last time not only did they let me go through the drive-thru process and pay and then come and tell me that there was an issue but they also told me that if I did go ahead and get the no noodles and stuff that they would basically make it an embarrassingly small portion wasting my time and my money I know you're just as little bitty hole in the wall fazoli's but I think everybody's heard of keto you sell a keto bread you think that your menu would maybe have some keto options like swapping out noodles for a little bit of extra broccoli not rocket science but I will definitely take my business to other companies that do offer the substitutes so I don't have to have these kind of...

We've been going to this Fazolis for the past 2 years, and lately, the service has just really taken a dive. For the most part, Fazolis is an average value chain with mega carbs for people who need to fill up fast. This particular location, however, is messy and reflects some poor management choices.

1. Corporate switched from Coke to Pepsi. That was a mistake, but minor, right?
2. Pizza recipe changed to something horrid with thin crust and low dough volume.
3. Our pizza was not cooked all the way through.
4. We did not get serving utensils with our family meal.
5. I watched a customer rummage through the lower cabinets to find his own medium drink lid and restock the lids for other guests.
6. The four tables around us were not cleared during the duration of our meal (30 minutes).
7. Some employees were not wearing name tags or Fazolis gear to identify themselves.

On the plus side, the front counter was relatively clean. And the order process was simple and easy. But something's lacking with basic customer service. (Whatever happened to Yotam? He was a...
