I visited k0s Card Shop recently to sell three high-value Pokémon Special Illustration Rares, which I was considering for professional grading. My experience was deeply disappointing due to a severe lack of professionalism regarding the handling of collectibles. The primary issue was the gross mishandling of the cards. I turned away briefly, and when I looked back, two staff members had completely removed the cards from their protection and were holding them with bare hands. For any card intended for grading, this is unacceptable and demonstrates a fundamental disregard for a collectible’s condition and value. Additionally, the initial service was dismissive, and the subsequent card assessment used questionable claims (e.g., unseen "printing lines") to justify an offer on only one card. Pros: I LOVE that the cards are organized by set. It makes it easy to go through both rares and bulk.
They have a discount % depending on how many cards you buy which is awesome.
They have a great foreign section which is often overlooked in other card stores.
Decent table setup for games and game day events
tablet allows you to search inventory they have. This can be helpful for some.
In the binders, cards are organized by set # so it’s easy to find them on the tablet and in the binder and then see the price.
Cons:
Pricing was a bit higher, especially for sealed product.

It’s not super clear where the line is between employees only area and open to look...

What truly sets this shop apart, though, are the owners. Their passion for the hobby is obvious, and they go out of their way to make every customer feel welcome and valued. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to share tips, answer questions, or help you find that perfect card for your collection.
