McDonald's — Restaurant in Avon

I have been going to this location for a few years now and have always had inconsistent service here. Almost every order is miscounted or has something wrong with it. Order a 10 count chicken nugget you’ll get 8. The unfortunate thing is that even though this store is located on one of the major shipping lanes in the US you will pay about a 9% up charge to eat at this location. Today was my worst experience so far. One again my order wasn’t entirely fulfilled. I ordered a medium #2a meal a #3 large meal and a 10 count chicken nugget. Got all the way back to Avon and realized that they had not put in my order of nuggets despite being charged in full ($28.07) for them. I tried to call the store to try and get part of my money back, and they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. I tried calling again and they had decided to leave the phone off the hook so they wouldn’t hear the ringing anymore. Considering that the people working there want to get $18 an hour they should at least be Competent enough to be able to count to ten and fulfill a order of food. Unfortunately the staff here is incapable...

Now I know its Mcdonalds so expectations shouldn't be very high in the first place but, the time it took from placing my order to recieving my food took entirely too long. I don't mind waiting at most places, I also don't usually eat fast food, but when you're hungry and on the go its supposed to be a convenient option. The point of fast food is to order a simple meal (if you can call it that) and recieve it in a surprisingly short amount of time (hence the name) waiting nearly 10 minutes for McDonald's is just a little ridiculous to me. I guess it's my fault for eating their in the first place. The food was as expected, overly salty not very filling and lacking real flavor. Not that I expected...

The food was terrible I go there 3 times a week because it's the closest place to eat Near my work and and very occasion the food is good but 9 times out of 10 the fries are bad the sandwiches are dry like the been sitting out all day

And just today I witnessed them throw fries from the warming tray back into the fryer and then serve them to me after they let them cool off for 5 minutes they were like dry consulted carboard shanks

Absolutely unacceptable when you Pay $11 for A meal do you served Food past its throw out Time And the worst part is you watch them do it and they think they're being sneaky and getting away with it Absolutely disgusting I filed...
