This Starbucks is located in the Avon Marketplace, in between GAP and LensCrafters. There were plenty of parking but there is no drive through. That didn't seem to deter people from going; when I went, there was a line and a long list of online orders.
The Starbucks was very nice and spacious inside. There were plenty of seating. This was my first time here and I placed an order on the app prior to going.
At first I waited in the line, then I realized a bunch of people came in to pick up their drinks at the other side of the counter and left. Apparently, there is an online order pickup section and a screen showing where my place was, on the list.
I went to waiting area and saw that they placed the orders in alphabetical order. As a newbie, I didn't notice a sign that says "Online Order Pickup". Now I know! Maybe they should add that? After a few more minutes, my order was ready.
I had the grande Chestnut praline latte; this was the new seasonal drink, it was delicious! I ordered a cake pop for my son, which he loved. Read moreI went in for my normal caffeine fix on Martin Luther king day and the place was packed with only two barista making drink after drink. These two young ladies were full out and going above and beyond to tend to the customers needs. Many other people would have looked at the situation and been upset about waiting a little while for their coffee but I recognize the pressure of customer service and I want to praise the calm polite demeanor Jordan portrayed with each customer she interacted with. While waiting I observed her interact with a couple upset patrons and a couple snaffoos with mobile orders every interaction was perfect and what I strive train into my employees in the food service. Read moreI ordered on my Mobil app for 2 grande coffees. I was late for my order (5 min) it was not ready when got there. Every other Mobil order was ready, I asked for mine, one of them was done and it was wrong! I asked for a refund for my time (which I got) after I had to go back to my car to get my phone and wallet. As I am being refunded I'm thinking they are putting a rush on my drinks. OH No tho! They said they didn't get a ticket yet and I had to wait another 10 min for my 2 grande coffees. Oh and I had to pull up my order AGAIN so they could make the right drinks! To pick up and go this is NOT the place to go and the coffee was medicore!!
