i had placed a mobile order for my family and i to eat after i had been working all day. we ordered a 5 pc tender meal with fries, a chicken sandwich meal with regular mashed potatoes, and a 2pc leg and thigh meal with mac n cheese. when i got to the store, i pulled into the drive thru and told the worker i had a mobile order. all they said was “next window”. no “alright we’ll have it ready at the next window” or anything just blunt af. whatever that’s pretty typical for fast food restaurants. i said thank you and pulled forward. once i got to the window, the girl (who was out of uniform, wearing a crop top) already has an attitude, ready to take it out on the next customer she sees. she practically throws the bag of food at me, and tells me it’ll be a second for the drinks. i try to say thank you but she’s already slammed the window shut in my face before i could get a single word out. she opens the window again to begin handing me my drinks one by one, but i ask her if they had any cupholders since im the only one in my car and i ordered three drinks. she rolls her eyes and slams the window again, going to get the cupholder. she hands me only two drinks in the cupholder so i ask her for the third drink and she goes “well i didn’t pack the order” okay? that’s great but im still missing a drink babe. so i tell her the drink im missing and she gets it for me. at this point, im eager to get out of the drive thru and away from her so i tell her thank you and drive off. once i get home and start dividing the food out, i realize they got 2/3 of our order wrong. the only correct things they gave us were the drinks, the tender meal (minus the fries that were missing), and the mac n cheese. instead of the chicken sandwich they gave us more tenders, and instead of the 2pc chicken they gave us 6pc spicy wings. already pissed off just from the attitude of the girl at the window, this pissed me off even more. the place was not busy, and the fact that there are so few menu items, it’s really not hard to get an order right. whatever. we’ll eat it cause we’re hungry, right? wrong. the chicken itself was practically inedible. the tenders were hard as rocks and more batter than chicken, and the wings were overcooked. at least the tiny scoop of mac n cheese that they up-charge for was good. this location either needs to do a complete overhaul of their workers, needs new management, or just needs to be shut...

It seems that reviews are not taken into consideration because if they were this store would do a whole heck of a lot better than what it’s doing. I frequent this location because it’s the closest to the hospital that I work in. They never have anything. It is 115° weather outside and sometimes a person just wants to have an icy Beverage. The frozen lemonade machine is never operable. For the last four months I have asked for frozen lemonade and it’s not available. I was informed tonight that management knows about the broken machine and refuse to fix it. More often than not they get my order wrong every single time. They need to just throw the entire store location away because they can’t seem to get it right. It’s just worth me driving all the way down to 99th Ave. and lower Buckeye because they have their $h!+ together. How do I get the district or regional manager’s information? I waited in line for 30 minutes because I was backed in from the front and back due to the line being so long. By the time I got to the speaker, the employee advised the location had run out of food. There was absolutely nothing left. I was late to work due to this inconvenience.
An associate by the name of JR advised I could speak with the manager “CeCe” and she would be able to take care of me for the inconvenience the following day. The next day I attempted to call the number provided by JR. They never answered the phone. I decided to go up to the store to speak with the “manager” CeCe just for her to say next time she’ll have the staff advise customers to pull forward and that if I had a receipt from my purchase she would be able to reimburse me with a meal. News flash CECE there wasn’t any food for me to get a receipt! No offer to compensate me for the time wasted or nothing. Worst customer service ever! Would not recommend. Don’t even deserve 1 star.
