We had a great time visiting the Avondale store. Rosanne was super awesome. No high pressure and she genuinely seemed interested in my back issues while trying to assist me in finding the right bed. My husband can sleep anywhere, anytime, so this is really all about me and what I need. After spending hours in the store, leaving to think about it and make some decisions, a few weeks later we went back and ordered our bed! After 3 spinal surgeries, I will be sure to write another review once we get our bed and give it a try!
Update: I have had this bed now since August of 2019. This bed is the worst. It has induced pain and muscle spasms I have never had before. I have tried everything at this point. My number has been maxed out just trying to resolve my pain. Not to mention, I am hot and sweaty all the time. Regarding the feeling hot all the time....The store had me buy a foam topper which didn't help. Then I spent way too much on cooling sheets. Didn't help. Then my time ran out to return the stupid thing while I was messing around trying to resolve issues. So, if you have spinal injuries, and need support, this may not be the right fit. Also, if you run hot or are going through menopause, you definitely need to think twice about getting one...
Read moreI contacted this location to find out about getting a mattress for my 1 year old that has figured out how to climb EVERYTHING. We wanted to transition him to a full size bed. I left a message and got a return call within minutes from Mark. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I went to the store to complete the transaction. Mark got me an amazing deal on just what we needed and it was delivered a week later. Our baby seriously loves his bed! I'm pretty sure he thinks it's a huge padded playpen (as we have guards on the sides to make sure he doesn't roll out). My only problem now is that when I try to put him down for his nap, he wants in it immediately. He usually lets me walk him to sleep, then I lay him down. Now he clamors to get in it as soon as he's done nursing. LOL One happy mama right here! Thanks so much for the amazing service...
Read moreWe have had our sleep number for 7 years. All has been great until now, when all of the things we purchased with the bed (responsive, air, foot warming, etc) are now broken. We also paid extra for a 25 year warranty only to find out it covers just about nothing because they pro-rate it. So each year that their product breaks down we pay more and more to get it fixed! And here is the kicker, we have to fix it ourselves!!! They will charge another 200 bucks for a technician to come out and fix the broken components!! Why did I spend 14,000 dollars on a bed, plus extra for a warranty and now I have to do all of the maintenance AND PAY EXTRA for the parts!!!! Never again. And I will never purchase sleep...
