Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Avondale

Is it me, or are the Starbucks in the greater Phoenix area just becoming a dump? Slow service. Horrible customer service. Continual stock outages. Dirty lobbies. I don't understand what's going on. I used to be a diehard Starbucks fan, but over the last year or so, it's been such a hit or miss. Unfortunately, there have been a lot more misses lately than hits.

This location falls in the miss category. They're insanely slow!!! Doesn't matter if you place a mobile order or not. They'll take at least 20 minutes to make your drink. Several times now, I have ordered on the mobile app before leaving the house for work. The app will give me an estimated pickup time. I live 15 minutes away from this store (it's the only one on my way to work) and my order is rarely ever ready. Oftentimes, I'll have to wait an additional 10 to 20 minutes. And all I order is a cold brew. Nothing complicated whatsoever. Why they take so long is beyond my understanding. After waiting 30 minutes this morning and being slightly late for work, I won't be returning to this location and will have to find another coffee shop.

Message to Starbucks: DO...

I did order 4 drinks and some pastries and the cashier didn't hear me when I mentioned that I'm gonna be paying with the app so I got charged in my debit card but she was really nice and told me that she gonna ring it again so I can still get my stars so she told the manager Jill and the manager was very rude saying we can't do that you have to call the customer service and all that stuff so I told her can you just do refund and ring it up again and then she respond with an attitude again saying that no we can't do that we get audit and all that stuff so I told her that I understand your frustration I work in the restaurant myself and she responded to me saying your working place might have a different rules with an attitude.To me as a manager you have to be nice to your customers especially if your customer is not rude.And as I was leaving the manager trying to be nice...

This Starbucks never ceases to fail at every chance they get. This cup of coffee is not but maybe 3/4 way fulm n I just bought it. Asked for whip n got none. Asked for xtra shots n did not get them. But I paid xtra. For nothing. The manager Araceli is rude and disrespectful everytime I come. If I complain she blames her employees. Despite the fact I watched her make my drink n not put what I requested in it. When I asked for the vanilla bean powder that was written on my drink as an addition that I paid for she said we are too busy I don't have time to look for it. I requested the # for corporate she said I am the manager so what is your problem. Everything is my problem! She truly needs more training and I have no clue as to how she got the job...
