Well me and my family are never going back here. Zero star if possible. Chase, a manager there, did nothing but argue and make excuses for an employee who wouldn't say a single word during the order. Slammed the window after throwing the food out the window, luckily my mom caught it. They then proceeded to ignore her after forgetting a drink that was sitting on the counter for almost 5 mins even after hitting her horn multiple times. After finally getting her to answer the window, she opened the open window pushed the drink out she had already made. She had it before she opened the window so she knew she had forgotten it then slammed the window again. My mom had to clean all the outside of the drinks of a black dirt like substance. Again when we call up to explain this, the only thing the manager can say is excuse after excuse. Hadnt even spoken with the employee yet. He brought up off the wall facts as if she had attacked the employee saying they have already had an employee assaulted last week and we're taking the matter seriously. This had nothing to do with the fact the employee was being hateful and ignoring customers. Not to mention tossing food out of the window without so much as a goodbye. And busting a coke open when she hatefully pushed it out the window. All of this for literally no reason. No wrong food. No long wait. Just a horrible excuse for an employee The manager then proceeded to tell us we are no longer welcome. And that he was going to call the police when we said we wanted to return for a refund. Sunday the 14th 3:00. Place is a joke. 3 stars and falling should tell you this place has major problems. Edit: Just bit into the damn burger guess what plain and dry? We did not get angry until they helped the person who pulled into the other lane was helped immediately. I went in and asked for a refund. Because obviously I did not want them making my food- couldnāt take my order in a timely manner- no way was I getting food that wasnāt cold. Instead of saying your mobile order was online, you have to get your refund online the manager started being rude. Then he decided to bring the drive thru worker into the conversation who started yelling at me. I put my hand up and told her I was not speaking to her because she started yelling at me. Instead of simply explaining I had to get my order online, they were some of the rudest people. I understand they were short staffed. Which is why I sat in line for 20 minutes. But when they flat out ignore people and are rude itās unacceptable. If you are that understaffed pay your employees better and give them a reason to stay! I only got mad and raised my voice when the manager refused to answer my questions, kept talking over me, and brought the drive thru employee over to yell at me. Make shift managers come in early because the GM and ātrainersā donāt want to work their scheduled hours. As a employee thatās been working there over a year, they had me working forty hours a week pretty much since Iāve started may 27th of last year. The GM, Justin, likes to insult night shift and complain about how we do nothing, but right when we stand up for ourselves, they want to come in and fire every one because of ādisrespectā I ended the message saying I love the crew, we all do, but the GM, and his wife continued to then call my mom a āskankā and told another former employee that āall we do behind her back is talk shitā when we simply came up for corporate number. They like to insult and act like middle schoolers when defending ourselves. The AGM, however, is the sweetest most darling person ever. Sheās sweet and cares for all of her employees. My mother came in asking for corporates number and Ashton, one of the trainers, then said āyou should teach your child some manners.ā 10/10 donāt recommend going here because most of the hardworking staff is leaving.
