We decided to have Subway tonight because we wanted something fairly fresh and quick hence we decided on Subway. We ordered online through the app and went to pick up our order. The first mistake from Subway was forgetting a cookie in our order -- luckily we checked, but the question lingers, "What if we went home and noticed it then?"
The second mistake was having the wrong dressing on one of the sandwiches we ordered.
We ordered a Footlong Roast Beef with Red Wine Vinegar and a Footlong Tuna with Baja Chipotle. Tell me why the Footlong Roast Beef had Baja Chipotle and not Red Wine Vinegar? We didn't finish the Footlong Roast Beef -- all we did was take a bite... it just wasn't good.
As for the customer service, it was terrible. I mentioned that we were missing a cookie, and a staff member asked if I was sure. Sounds a bit like a rhetorical question because if I wasn't sure, I wouldn't be standing there speaking about it. He then went on to check our bag which is fine -- that's what he should have done in the first place. Ordered Subway again recently because maybe, just maybe, it would have been better. No mistakes would be made ā well, I thought wrong.
The customer service was still a bit abnormal. I received a call about my order. He didn't introduced himself, but he did ask, "Did you place an order under _ on the Subway app?" I responded, and he said, "We're out of chocolate chip cookies." No apologies, nothing. I asked what cookies are available and he answered. I mentioned what cookies I would like as a replacement. No answers from him, so I went ahead and said, "Thank you." He then proceeded to say, "Mhm" then hung up. How difficult is it to reciprocate a thank you and an ending?
I ordered the same sandwich I had previously ordered because it was decent and had always had the right amount of filling. This time, instead of getting the usual amount of protein, I had less than normal ā a good amount that was noticeable. It just wasn't worth the money.
I strongly believe there are a lot of improvements that need to be done, from using a guide to see how much you should place in the sandwiches to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo after living in azle for 2 years, Iām finally writing this review. Every single time I go to this location itās an absolutely horrible experience. Maybe back 5 years ago when two sandwiches werenāt 25$, this wouldnāt be a big deal. But time after time of the same stuff calls for something to be saidā¦.
Every single person that works here is in highschool and could care less about your sandwich. Itās always messy, never tucked in, thrown together with zero care, and the most annoying and unprofessional environment.
Tonight was the last straw when I asked the worker to make sure the sandwiches were tucked in⦠he literally ignored me as he was talking to two girls there about which lunch they had at school and money that was owed to the other girl⦠(not kidding, this was the actual conversation) as he was talking to them he showed no care at all as he was looking at them and not the sandwich⦠I saw him roll up a messy sandwich with Baja sauce covered on the outside of the the bread. Then instead of just giving me my sandwiches, they slowly rolled up the sandwiches as they continued to speak to eachother about school the next day.
This review probably wonāt even be seen, let alone any changes made internally to direct this kind of behavior. But anyone who reads this post should just go to the Walmart subway. Itās way better and worth the extra walk.
The owner of this subway should be embarrassed to call this place theirs. Absolutely embarrassing on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wouldnāt have been surprised if the girl who made my meal had spit in it. I believe her name was Kayli (blonde shift lead). I walked into the store about an hour before close and I was not greeted in a friendly manner at all. When I walked in she rolled her eyes, slammed a sandwich paper on the counter, and asked what I wanted. I havenāt been to a subway in a long time, so I made a small joke while looking at the selection, to which she turned to her coworker and gave him a look. She proceeded to rush me through everything, slamming everything on the counter. I asked for a little bit more of an ingredient on the sandwich and she grabbed an entire fistful and slammed it onto the sandwich. Easily the messiest meal Iāve received from a Subway. The entire process was just very rushed, unfriendly, and overall not the general attitude Iād like to receive from a service worker. I would have like to eat in the store, but the unfriendliness swayed me otherwise and I had to sit in the car to eat. As someone who has worked food service, I understand wanting to close and go home. Taking an order an hour before close will not hinder your closing process enough to excuse this behavior. Do better. I donāt plan on returning anytime soon and will advise...
