Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Azle

Since Covid, this location has sucked. There's a younger guy there a larger sized kid and hats off to him. A young Hispanic girl with long hair a d ubderneath is a worn out old shade of green color ... She had massive eyelashes on. Well Ive never been made to feel like I was not wanted as a customer as this girl made me feel. She also walked around clueless as if she was only there for a fashion show walking class or something and to place herself above us customers and that nice kids I'm referring to. If you're standing looking at the menu, he is was to my left, boxing up orders and bringing them to us at the counter. This kid should be the poster child for perfect employee. She's rude to him and talks down to him, infront of customers and he doesn't stop watching the screen of orders, he doesn't make any expression to her rudeness he just stayed focused. Kudos to him because I'd already had enough of how she was acting towards everyone and my pizza was still not in the oven yet, it was that fast. So this young guy deserves a paid vacation on your dime little Caesars and you should create a consulting position just for him, to travel around to your other locations and share whatever his philosophy is on life. I am not complaining about the missing or lack of toppings, on 1 of our 2 pizzas (1 three meat 1 cheese). Because it was a meat that was not on top of a few slices. According to my Father's word after finding out i didn't order a pepperoni but a three meat. Anyways when ever I had a moment to spend time with my dad and nephew to socialize. They thanked me for the pepperoni pizza........???? I call the Azle parlor to let him know that our meal was not up to satisfactory standards promised. I was told to prove it had the least amount of toppings or lack of by bringing it up there. 😆 lol 😆🤣😊🤭😏🙄. If the problem was me being so desperate for another pizza 🤢🤮 I would have to lie about it. Then don't ask me to bring it back and prove how stingy you look serving a family, portions equal to about an 1/8th of a spaghetti meat ball. I don’t normally Wright reveiws but this place is horrible and rude. The last two times Iv visited Iv purposely called ahead and waited on hold without anyone answering the phone for over 30 minuets. Today I went in and the guy behind me had been on hold for 45 minuets trying to call ahead his order. When I got in there where about 15 people waiting on there pizza and many of the people where skipped and had been waiting for over and hour. Then when I finally ordered my pizza the young teenager at the counter was very rude and disrespectful. I told him it’s very unprofessional to let the phones will ring off the hook while people wait on the other line for them to answer. His response was that they were to busy to answer the phones and to take a look at the waiting room. He was exstreamly rude and I think he should be fired. Honestly if your to busy to answer the phones then either just turn them off or answer real quick and say we are not taking orders ahead at the moment it’s walk in orders only. I will not be going back!!! Worst service Iv ever experienced and very unprofessional. I wish I could give this a no star rating...
