We ordered online. We live close so we understand the 40 minute wait. What I don't understand is the 8 people working there and 3 of them not doing ANYTHING. literally just standing there walking back and forth. The floor was super dirty, fries e..very..where!! All over the floor! No one bothered to even notice it. No one bothered to sweep the floor. They were stepping all over the fries! So nasty. It's not a good look, especially when they just opened. Whoever the manager is needs to get their guard up! Do better! Making sure the workers always have something to do! Even if it's assisting in doing the wings or sweeping ! Cleaning! Because they weren't even doing that. Just watching the other workers actually make the food. And I know it's not training because training does not look like how it did when I watched them do nothing, Also there was a kid that kept biting his shirt???? Infront of customers? Okay? Atleast do it privately I guess? The only good thing is that the service was good, the kids were nice. It's the manager that needs to make sure they're keeping on task! I hope next time I come, they will have improved.

Read moreWe had placed a Doordash order here at 11:30 am 02/23/23. The Dasher decided he wasn’t able to pick up our food so I went to pick it up. Before I picked up the order we had called Wingstop to let them know that Doordash would no longer pick up the order and I would personally pick it up myself. As I walked in ready to get my friends and I order they had said that a dasher picked up the order 5 minutes ago when he had said he wasn’t able to pick it up. I called my friend when I got there saying that a dasher had picked up the order. My friends mom called Wingstop furious because Wingstop said there was nothing they could do about it even though we let them know before hand that I would personally pick up the order. They could’ve just gave us a refund for giving the order away but they blamed it on us. My friends mom argued with the manager for awhile until the manger finally decided to remake the order. We understand this is more of a Doordash issue but it was ridiculous they had blamed us for the issue when we called ahead of time letting them know. We could’ve at least got a refund for the issue they had caused. Luckily the food was fine, but the workers lacked knowledge, and we’re very unorganized. Read moreI have eaten at this particular restaurant on 730 in Azle now 5 to 8 times. 3 times I had to wait over 20 minutes because an employee was in the restroom. I like to wash my hands before I eat anything and understand others need the restroom, but that is crazy. I can understand 10 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of a manager and asked if the restroom was locked or you needed a key, she said no one was in it, and no key was needed. We talked for 5 minutes about no access to the restroom when an employee walked out of it and went back to the kitchen. She just said "well I guess someone was in there." I then pointed out I waited 20 minutes before getting her, and we talked for over 5 minutes before the person came out she just said, "Oh well," then walked away.
