If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. In my recent experience, there was one person taking drive-thru orders, and 5 to 6 people preparing food. Myself and at least 5 other people were waiting for someone in the lobby to take our orders, or even acknowledge us. One guy asked if the lobby was open, and we were told yes they are, but she is taking drive thru orders and would get to us as soon as she could. Even in her spare time between orders, she would turn her back to us and watch the cooks, while fiddling with her headset and ignoring all of us at the counter. There was no viable reason why she could not have taken just one order, but she did not. Customers began to leave, as they repeatedly took and filled orders from drive thru. This went on for a good half an hour while still not taking an order kn counter. Everyone in the lobby was ignored and not even acknowledged, as they continued to serve their drive thru line. Several people came and left, visibly upset. FINALLY the lady on the headset was told that "since we are waiting on chicken right now, go ahead and take some orders on front counter." This was totally unacceptable. I have worked many many years in food/customer service...some of those times it was only 2 of us employees in the entire store til others came on shift. You cannot just ignore and pretend customers aren't there. You should be alternating orders...2 drive thru, 2 counter etc, and repeat. The lack of caring on everyone's part that day was ridiculous. I won't ever go through those doors again. There is just never an excuse for ignoring customers, not looking at them, not even say "I apologize, we will get to you guys." You have to actually do it...

We were visiting the area from KY and GA. This was the worst experience. The employees were dirty. The shirts they had on were nasty. And to top it off, they never acknowledged that my grandson and I were standing there for over 5 min. She would look at us and turn around, and take another order. When I spoke up, she threw her hands up in my direction and said, "No!" Then I realized once again, in this anti person of color town, that it was because of who we were. I told the staff it's unacceptable not to even acknowledge a patron with a simple hello, and I'll be with you shortly. But it wasn't about service, it was about our color. This restaurant staff is not beautiful color people friendly. And the food was extremely substandard. I mean, what did I expect when the staff was hateful and disrespectful. To wrap it up, only one gentleman was polite and took our order. He came after the manager on duty told us to wait longer. Of course, he did this. After coming to the register, we were standing at and unplugged a tablet and didn't even speak...he just kept his head down in order not to have any contact. Shameful. UPDATE.... 4/17/25 This place is dirty and nasty. The health department needs to shut it down. Rodents. Uncooked chicken, not cooled being cooked for your purchase. My first experience was better than this. Top it off, the owner is there and is aware of the nasy conditions, but he's making money off of...

Fish tasted off. But not horrible . 3 guys dancing around goofing off while the cook did all the work. Meanwhile customers are waiting to even place an order .I had asked for tartar when I placed my order and good thing I checked . There was zero condiments . Then was ignored when I asked for some . About the 3rd time I was ready to get it myself then all the sudden I was no longer being ignored . So I guess they have to stop what they are doing because it takes too much concentration to grab a couple of packets and do anything else at same time . The restaurant was pretty sloppy . But at least the restrooms were cleaner than the lobby or drink station. All coukd have easily been avoided and not much effort would have been enough to have had a much better experience. Also one of the guys that were goofing off hade hair to shoulders maybe slightly longer but was not put up at all. But that's what I would expect from someone that is ok with a dance battle with his friends instead of doing his job . The only one taking care of business was the red headed cook. Who by the way had to stop what she was doing to get me tartar sauce because the girl working the drive thru was trying to show me who was in control by making me wait for what I asked for when putting in my order . Overall I wished I had went to david beards also would...
