AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Aztec

i did not want this to be like my last trip to Auto Zone in Aztec NM, i looked on line they had my parts in stock, and good prices, i get there , parts not in stock but can have them in day or so, my vehicle is apart and need parts now, so i go across the street to O'riellys who has part in stock., this time i call with the part numbers i need, i am on their web site and everytime i talk guy on phone talks over me, after REPEADLY getting cut off, i hang up, just trying to make sure my parts are in stock and i get a rude counterman, done...

Friendliest and most helpful autozone I've been to. I stopped going to my local one because they are anything but. JOE helped me tremendously on what was not a great day for me at all. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for me turned my day around and I left with a big smile, feeling so much better than when I came in. I couldn't recommend this place any higher. The management of this store is atrocious. Everything seems to fall apart unless Nate or Daniel are there. Spending an hour in line is just ridiculous and it happens often when those guys aren't there. Nate is awesome though, he keeps everything organized and definitely knows what he's talking about. Any time I need help I go straight to him so I know it gets done right. Would be five stars if they would give him a promotion. The store would certainly...
