How did we not try this sooner? You can’t really call this cafe a hidden gem since it’s right on the corner of Main St. and Chaco in Aztec, but it is definitely a gem. I ordered the loaded biscuits and gravy which came with the most perfectly fluffy biscuits, amazing homemade sausage gravy, loaded with bacon, eggs, and cheese. My plate was so huge I left completely stuffed , my husband had to help me finish. We will definitely be back, I’m already looking forward to it. ...
