The place is a bit small for eat inside, they got few tables and chairs but good for little family or couples. This time i order for take away.
I lobe their "Lunch special Combo" menu which is you may choice the ribs between beef or pork, then there's side dish : rice with gravy, french fries, mash potato with gravy and coleslaw. You can mix it for the side dish, sample my order have : 1 coleslaw + french fries, 1 rice with gravy + french fries, etc. You can choose what you love. I recommended the rice with gravy, the rice so soft with thr gravy makes you want more and more. The lunch packages includes 1 chicken already inside it. So if you order 1 Lunch special combo, it will consist : 1 chicken + 1 choice of ribs (pork or beef), and 2 kinds of side dish. And the price for Lunch special combo is $ 19.50 + tax 10.25%.
Here i share the menu and price beside Lunch special combo : BBQ Chicken combo $ 13.99 (which is you get 2 chicken inside it.
Beef/Pork Rib dinner $ 27.50 (which is you get 2 ribs of each beef or pork you choose)
Rib meal $ 27.50 (which is you get 4 bones of pork ribs 2 bones of beef ribs)
also have add on such as 1 chicken piece also the add on for side dish start from $ 3.75 -14.95.
For my self this 1 box of lunch set, i could eat it for 2 times, cos its bit big for me.
So lets go...
Read moreGems in your backyard. I'm ashamed to say I like ribs and have never ate here. Let alone raised in the Inland Empire, I can't recall hearing of this place ( my memory is shot anyway :*( ). Tucked away in Azusa, "CNR" was suggested by a friend of mine. I'm so glad he did. It was a destined meet. No crazy inflated sugar coated story here, because it's not the world's famous, best bold bbq - It's real food, GOOD food, quality food at a bargain.
McDonald's process big Mac combos cost the same and that's known garbage. If they're official closing at the end of Sept. With regret, I wish I would have found them sooner. It's a refreshing spin to fast food.
Insights on the food itself, these are my truths, my wife could back this up:
Chicken - not my primary meet of choice but it was made very well here. I ate that first.
The coleslaw - I'm not a fan of cold foods, in fairness I gave it a try. It had the homemade taste. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, although I didn't eat all.
The beef rib - Now we're talkin. Being a meat eater I saved this for last. There are not many people can make a beef rib edible. Let me tell you for a fast food style servitude, they've did a great job. Smothered in sauce this whole dish pops with flavors. The beef was tender, gritty - the perfect game...

Former local Azusa hole in the wall and happy they found such a great big modern location. Part of their allure was their really great prices. Sometimes you want really good bbq for lunch or quick snack but don’t want to spend an arm and a leg. In those situations, Love fit that bill perfectly. Prices are still more than fair, especially their lunch special and food is still good, but have to admit there is better bbq out there. Service was quick and attentive given there was only one person working up front. Will definitely be back as it’s still close enough for that quick lunch or snack.

Craving BBQ and wanted a bit of everything, beef rib, pork rib, and chicken. Went with a rib meal and chicken snack and happy I did. Everything was delicious. Way too much food for one person though, which I knew, but love me some leftovers for the next day or two. Meat already comes sauced, so I didn’t add any extra on round 1. Round 2 decided to try a little extra and bam, took it to another level. The sauce is a sweet vinegar based sauce and was amazing. Will make sure to ask for even more extra sauce on my next trip, cause I can drink that...
