Poor Production Quality and None Responsive Customer Service I ordered ten masks that were to be identical for an event. The printing on some of the masks was faded, some of the mask had been repurposed as I could read the logos that were previously on them. All of the masks were not even the same. What was sent to me never should have left the business. Also, I contacted them twice on Etsy and have never received a response. I emailed their customer service department and still haven't received a response. I have called several times only to be routed to voicemail stating that someone would return the call at their earliest convivence. At the venue, we would often find ourselves digging through a bunch of instrument cables to get to a mic cable. We ordered cotton drawstring bags with our logo and type of cable. Steven was very responsive to our inquiries. Acknowledged receipt of our logo and intentions. We received our bags timely and it exceeded my expectations.

They had no problem taking my payment though. Their website states 1-5 days for personalized orders or 2-4 weeks for bulk orders. I've emailed them multiple times and called.
