Store# 3854 Attention cooperate, GM Erin, & potential guests. I've been in hospitality, customer service & Case Work for 30 years so I notice many things. I was very impressed! It began when I walked in, I noticed how clean it was, next I went inside the restroom & it was spotless. I proceeded to read the menu & I began a conversation with a young man who's name is Andrew, he is a staff member & was ready to go home. We began to converse & in the conversation he had mentioned how great it is when you work with a supervisor who gets along well with him & others. I asked him who he was referring to & he smiled big & responded, JACOB. I already knew that part of a successful team is a great leader so this just confirmed my thinking. I proceeded to order & the food was absolutely just as I had ordered. I love extra onions on my BigMac & I've been to McDonald's in Europe & in plenty of cities & I can say I always felt slided on my wish for the onions & either too much sauce, not enough lettuce ect lol but not this evening. It was BigMac specialist Rachel. Let me tell you, perfect just the right amount of sauce and I was delighted to see she gave me ample ONIONS & LETTUCE. The food was made fast & it was HOT!! as I reached the table to sit, I was so loving the experience, I had no problem with setting my food aside to take pictures of why I was so amazed. I needed to ask for names of the staff that I so happily encountered. I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful perfect experience. Thank you to Master BigMac Chef extrodanare Rachel, the Caption of the ship, Jacob, Always looked happy to help & please, the joyful Misti, the very knowledgeable & kind Renee & Angelina! In my years I have learned that some naturally have this magic in them & this team definitely has this "magic". I would especially like to add that they truly truly are an asset to this company & any company would love to snap them up. McDonald's is very fortunate in this sense & lastly I'll gently remind you that it is important to consider & keep your eyes open to spot the workers with that special extra something that makes someone like myself to wait before I eat to get to work on this review then hurry home to carry on & finish this review. A large worldwide company is almost expected to pay these workers more or at least go in independently incognito even so you can see for yourself. In my experience people like to be noticed and if they all get paid alike, then what is one's motivation to always go above & beyond? I hope 🙏 this implores you to see for...
Read moreSome of your staff need to be trained on politeness. I've been ordering the same breakfast meal via mobile order multiple times throughout my work week for many months now. The woman who often works the back window recognizes me and knows me by name very well at this point. She's always kind and polite, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars rather than 1. My experience today with another of your employees working the front window, however, was much less welcoming. I provided my mobile order code and pulled forward. I stopped at the back window, where I thought Nancy had acknowledged me. We both waved at one another. She was busy on her speaker with another customer, as there were multiple vehicles behind me. Being a regular, at this point Nancy knows I never take my receipt (I always prepay on the app). So, I assumed the wave after we'd made eye contact was sufficient evidence that I'd been seen and didn't need to waste her time by sitting there any longer. I pull forward and am given the wrong food. No big deal, the mistake was clarified and I waited for my meal. The woman working the front gives it to me and says something like "you screw everything up when you don't stop at the pay window." I immediately begin to apologize, and started to explain that I'd mistakenly assumed Nancy had acknowledged me, as she'd waved and I come through here all the time. As I'm speaking, she closes the window on me. I'm sorry, but this is simply not how people should be treated by anyone working in customer service. I've been telling myself I need to stop eating this stuff for breakfast so often, and today your employee gave me a great reason to finally quit. I won't be back anytime soon. Hope this staff member doesn't treat people like this on a...
Read moreLeaving this review since it’s been 2 weeks without the McFlurry machine working. They have this new Grandma McFlurry that will be gone before the machine is up and running! And when it was working, the mcflurrys wasn’t full like how it should’ve been. If someone pays for extra toppings, there should be extra toppings. IE : McFlurry with extra crushed Oreos. There should be no vanilla ice cream with no Oreo?!! Not to mention the attitudes of some of these employees, if something says “topping” you put in on the top. I shouldn’t have to tell you that . One lady Sue called a customer a B* to one of the young managers , nothing happened to her. Never fill up the fries fully, like what happened to at least filling the container? There’s a number of things and at this point I thought a review would do. Ohhhh and what happened to play places at McDonalds?? Let’s put in a game that’s on a screen as if these kids need to be on a screen when out to eat. Bring back...
