Almost every morning I like to get a cup of coffee and something to eat on the fly. For the past few times I’ve been to this location I’ve had poor service, but this morning kind of put the icing on the cake for me. I went through the drivethru window and I was greeted by the clerk working the window register. I greeted her back say,”Good morning! May I please have a small Carmel macchiato, half caf, a maple bacon sandwich with NO egg, an order of the hasbrowns, and a chocolate glazed cake donut.” After I’d finished my order the girl came over the speaker saying,”ya we don’t do small half cafs here...what would we do that?” And she just had this sharpe little attitude that just put me over the edge. I took a deep breath and I said,”okay then may I please do the small regular macchiato then?” The girl came back with her attitude again, “alright...$8.04 pull around.” So I pulled around, greeted the girl at the window. Now at this point this was a younger girl that had a different voice than the rude girl on the intercom. This girl was sweet asked how my day was and so on and so forth. She handed me my coffee and the girl comes up behind her and says to the girl handing me my food,”here’s her food,” sort of shoving it at her. The nice girl hands me my food and I pull away. I work right down the road, so by the time I got to work I was starving! I take a sip of my coffee and it just tasted like it was the bottom of the pot. Coffee grounds and all were in there. So I passed on the coffee. I open my bag with the hot items, and I begin to unwrap my sandwich. This was supposed to be a croissant with cheese and bacon. That’s it. No egg. What’s on there? DOUBLE EGG!! Ticked off about that I look back into the bag to see if my hash browns were in there and there’s nothing...the only thing the ride girl managed to do was get my frikin donut order right...so if you ever stop into this location PRAY that you don’t get the service I did by the girl with dark brown/black hair with facial piercings. Read moreThey always do their best, but are severely short staffed. I’m going to come regardless, and I love the hard-working humans here who remember my face and my order, as well as so many other guests.
Until they get a competent staff, they will always be short staffed. I’ve seen a few staple employees that are just awesome, let’s hope they get the help they deserve before they burn out.
Last Saturday I mobile ordered and was told at 7:20 at the window that they closed “half an hour early” and they wouldn’t complete the order— a week later and dunkin rewards still has not refunded me. The system is not very user friendly while asking for refunds. The automated assistant thanked me for my concern though.
Just now— as my mobile order sat in front of me— it was explained to me that I needed to wait for it to be completed for her to hand it to me. It was less than a foot away from me, I said so. She repeated that it wasn’t completed and walked away.
I froze. Thankfully another lady walked up a few seconds later. She looked, put my sticker on, and I thanked her and left.

Read moreI would give it no stars! Several visits there resulted with issues. The staff is rude and scoffs and impatient! Not to mention, its been a 50/50 if the doughnuts were edible. Edible means not stale, available, and having frosting that has not all melt off and thrown in a bag as if it was garbage. I was told a minute after getting the bag its because its hot- then don't sell them to customers! The manager makes excuses that the staff is new, but that does not excuse rudeness!!That doesnt excuse bad quality that should not be served! The disrespectfulness was astonishing and I will work and go out my way to avoid ever going back there again. Very disappointed in the low quality and customer services that the location and manager seems ok with.
