McDonald's — Restaurant in Bainbridge Township

In 9/25/22. Waited in the lobby for over 35 minutes for an order of 2 burgers and 2 nuggets. A manager came out as I asked for a refund not wanting to wait any longer. Instead of taking the information from the slip and entering it into the register for refund she was unable to fulfill. The task and wanted me to walk through the order again verbally. The individual made several comments within several customers hearing mocking individuals waiting longer or as long as we did. Upon eventually receiving our order I shared my disappointment with her and was engaged back with excuses and to contact her manager if I had a problem. I have a problem with loud mouth unprofessional individuals that promote being the problem and not a solution. The individuals should absolutely receive more or proper training or not be in charge of any guest relations. If we’re an employee of mine I would be embarrassed of the representation. Even when leaving she made a point to be loud over the counter which brought me back in. I will never return to this location and sadly the food was really well prepared. I understand the hospitality field and have been active in the industry for over 40 years. My involvement in culinary arts training the past 10 years and being a director of an academic credentialed degreed program clearly flagged this person as lacking in many of the basic essentials and skills needed to be in a position...

I ordered a LG Caramel Macchiato w/ whipped cream & 1 Sausage McGriddle threw the take-out..i prefer 2 eat in my car because Bainbridge is such a lovely area & always is super busy..so there is ALWAYS something going on. I'm extremely impressed with this McDonalds. They have 2 pull up drive thrues & I ordered..pulled up 2 the 1st window 2 pay the employee was incredibly polite. The second window..the same. My sandwich was super 🔥, & very GOOD! My Macchiato EXCELLENT! The employees here r extremely polite & always say have a nice day every time I come here. I went inside 2 take pictures..i am very impressed! This place is completely remodeled! The pics will speak 4 themselves! Also the outside grounds..very impressive..! The ONLY problem I found is there seems 2 b an issue with the McDonalds app..apparently there are MAJOR kinks 2 b done cuz the reviews were all about how the app is freezing up, simply not loading,1 person said she couldn't use it until she got close 2 McDonalds, etc..& people were even trying 2 help! Letting McDonalds know various ways how 2 fix the app because if u order from the app u get quite a lot of perks..free drink, coupons, & I believe give a ways were mentioned..so they have 2...

McDonald's French Fries. The gold standard of fries! Not at this location. Consistency is a key factor to a successful business but the only consistency is that the fries are horrible. Since this is the closest location to my home, I really do not look forward getting food from here. The fries are always sub par with them either cold, soft on the outside hard on the inside or something else. If this only happens once in a while, I would not complain after all, we are talking about a fast food chain not known for exquisite quality and accuracy. However, it has been several months since I have had a good, not great experience. I eat there maybe once a month and each experience makes me not want to come so the gap keeps getting longer. The staff is nice so I don't think that's the problem but the food consistency has been severely lacking. Big Mac, you too are not as good as you should be! Lately the bread has been coming out like the bag it came in was left open overnight. Overall, this location should be at a much higher level than where it is at.
