They screwed up the order and wouldn't correct it by giving me a replacement pizza. They said they are closing soon. Not my problem they screwed up. He said thats how it was in the computer, well they entered it in wrong. I will not eat a pizza with mushrooms he gave a credit which does me no good since I am not ordering there again.
When I walked in to pay for the pizza, I had two people at the counter and two registers, but had to wait until a huge phone order was done until I was cashed out while my pizza sits on the counter and cools. I was paying with card and they have two card swipers and registers yet I have to wait on a phone order.
Never again will I order Romeos and I think its overrated. People used to talk about them as if they were some award winning pizza. Its not the same as it was they expanded and have no staffing apparently. I have cheese bread right now and its not beating out even national chains.
This location will be out of business in a year or two mark my words. Nobody knows what they are doing, their registers don't work, they have no customer service.
I will not order from Romeos ever again and tell all my friends and family to avoid them as well.

Read moreWell I have commented before on this place about my pizza being damaged but i ordered back to try again, and I changed my review after it was good. But today when i ordered I had my dad order because I lost my voice after the flu and when he ordered he had accidentally messed up my order. So he called back to change it and they said they could not change it. So he cancelled it and when he did and tried to reorder using cash again (which he did for the first order which was perfectly fine) but when we tried to order again they said its credit or debit only.
We were already on thin ice with these guys but that is it for me. I do not want any type of compensation as I do not expect to come back to this place again (unless the team leads change I would consider coming back again). I used to work in Zeppe's and I know how easy it is to change things over. Its pretty standard.
The one star is for the deals they have. If you want to use them it's all a matter of luck at this point whether you like them or hate them.
